I have been using Microsoft Outlook through Office [redacted] for the past 9 months. However, my emails suddenly stopped arriving in Outlook on December 1st. A technician attempted to solve the problem remotely on Monday, December 7th, but the online session was aborted and the email issue still persists. Despite trying to call the phone numbers provided by the technician, I have had no success in resolving this issue. I am feeling exasperated after multiple unsuccessful attempts to restore support and fix the problem with email non-receipt. Can anyone provide assistance with this matter? Agnes G. [redacted]

I have been contacted by Microsoft to verify my identity. Unfortunately, due to severe head trauma impacting my memory, I am finding it challenging to answer their security questions accurately. I provided them with my name, date of birth, and the secret answer to my first pet's name. Despite this, they are now requesting multiple email addresses and specific details about past emails, which I struggle to recall due to memory issues. I feel overwhelmed by the extent of information they are asking for that I cannot readily provide.

I have forgotten the password to my email account [redacted] While trying to recover it with a code sent to my associated cell phone ([redacted]), I encountered an error message stating a temporary problem with the service. I haven't used this account extensively and couldn't recall enough precise information to recover it via the form provided. I urgently need access to this email account to reset my Facebook password, which I've also forgotten due to issues with my Chrome account password. I'm open to either quickly fixing the cell phone recovery service for Canadian users or exploring alternative account recovery methods. Using my limited recollection about the account may be necessary. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated as my Facebook account is essential for staying in touch with loved ones, and it contains important photos I didn't save elsewhere. Thank you for your anticipated help in resolving this matter promptly.

I noticed that I was billed twice for CAD [redacted].08 on consecutive days in November and December [redacted] for my Microsoft [redacted] subscription. I believe one of these charges was accidental, potentially due to a declined payment being reactivated with a new credit card number. I would like to request the cancellation and refund of this charge while ensuring that the other subscription, currently being used on multiple family computers, remains active. Thank you. JB.

I have been using Outlook for my email across multiple devices like my Desktop, Laptop, iPhone, and iPad. However, a week ago, my iPad stopped sending and receiving messages. I have already tried deleting and reloading the app but without success. I spent time with my service provider, comcast.net, and Apple support, even visiting the Genius Bar at an Apple store. The Apple team confirmed that my iPad is working fine, indicating the issue might be with the app itself. Unfortunately, Microsoft now exclusively provides online support. I am hoping to find a solution to this problem. Thank you, Philip.

Hello, My name is Tommy Ojo, and I reside in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. I am prepared to provide any necessary information for verification purposes. Thank you, Tommy Ojo

Yesterday, I encountered a concerning situation with my computer. A warning popped up claiming my system was compromised with viruses and advised me to contact Microsoft Support immediately. I followed the prompt and spoke with a technician based in India who remotely accessed my laptop via Teamviewer. After inspecting my computer, he claimed there were multiple unauthorized IP addresses connected to my internet and offered to remove them for $[redacted].99, with an additional security package for $[redacted] for 3 years. I agreed to the services, and they proceeded to install several new programs on my laptop. However, towards the end of the session, the technician pressured me to only seek help from him in the future, even attempting to send a positive email about his service without my consent. Feeling uneasy, I abruptly ended the session and now I am worried if I fell victim to a scam. I use my laptop for sensitive tasks like banking and need reassurance that it is safe. I am having trouble accessing my Microsoft account. Initially, I could log in and manage my browsing history, but now when I request a code, it is being sent to my home phone number which cannot receive it. I value my privacy and want to freely access my account to clear my browsing history and files. Can someone help me regain access so I can manage my visited sites without any issues? Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I have been attempting to regain access to my account without success. My laptop was out of commission for over a year, and after getting it partially working recently, I inadvertently created a duplicate account due to confusion with my new username. Subsequently, I have been unable to recall my password and have tried various new variations. I received notifications yesterday indicating that I requested too many email codes due to my cell phone being stolen, and I received similar messages today as well. I am in a time-sensitive situation as I need to find an apartment soon. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I do not intend to pay for access to something that should be free. I already pay for internet and ad blockers due to the excessive amount of ads. I refuse to pay for anything else. Please, stop interfering with my passwords. I am not worried about hackers since they wouldn't benefit much from accessing my data. I have more important things to spend my money on, especially during this challenging time of dealing with Covid-19.

I require assistance canceling my subscription. I want to be removed from the account and stop any payments. The process seems intentionally difficult, redirecting me to a paid site. I am frustrated and seeking help to remove this from my record and cease the charges for a service I am not utilizing. Your prompt assistance is appreciated.

Lately, I have been experiencing issues with Outlook.com not syncing with Gmail via IMAP, causing a complete halt in sending or receiving emails. This problem arose suddenly, disrupting a smooth operation that had been in place for months. Despite attempts to rectify the issue by re-entering IMAP details in Gmail, the Outlook settings fail to cooperate, with the input screen staying inactive and preventing any changes to be made. This situation has had severe repercussions on my business, leading to frustrated clients contacting me throughout the day due to unaddressed emails. Feeling helpless as Outlook appears to be blocking any alterations to the settings, I am unsure of how to proceed and safeguard my business from further damage.

I am seeking clarification from Microsoft regarding the compatibility of Microsoft [redacted] with different versions of Microsoft Office. The information provided on the official Microsoft [redacted] website mentions that while Microsoft [redacted] is designed to work best with the latest browsers and Office versions, it will still function with older versions but may not receive non-security updates. I am curious if having an older version of Word on my computer will affect the performance of Microsoft [redacted] if I decide to subscribe. I also wonder if upgrading my operating system could impact the functionality of the current version of Word I have. Would I need to download a newer version of Word in addition to subscribing to Microsoft [redacted] to ensure optimal performance? I am looking for clarity on whether having an older Word version will hinder my Microsoft [redacted] experience and if a newer Word version needs to be installed for everything to work properly. Thank you, Bonnie L.

As a teacher, my school division has stopped supporting Microsoft Office. Recently, I have received a notification to activate Microsoft Office within 28 days. I am concerned about the accessibility of my Word and Excel files once this deadline passes. I currently have the online [redacted] version, but I am uncertain if my locally saved Word files will seamlessly integrate with the online version. How can I ensure I can still use Microsoft Office effectively moving forward?

I am encountering an issue trying to remove a prepaid card from my Microsoft account on my Xbox. Every time I attempt to purchase a Game Pass for my son, it insists on using the prepaid card, which I want to bypass. I've tried turning off recurring billing and accessing subscriptions to remove the card, but it is still not allowing me to do so. I have a Game Pass for $15 already on the account, but I am unable to purchase another one due to this problem. I have been dealing with this for months, and it is extremely frustrating. I hope that Microsoft and Xbox can address this recurring problem as many others have complained about it. I am eager for a solution to be implemented promptly.

I purchased two 12-month Xbox Live Gold gift cards, each worth $60, but I am having trouble redeeming the codes. Additionally, my account is being charged for games I did not purchase; they only show up as free trials. I would appreciate immediate assistance as I did not authorize these charges.

I've gone through every step multiple times, but I can't get the game to remove a prepaid card. I've turned off recurring billing, but nothing works. Every time I buy a gift card, it won't let me bypass the card, so my son can't play games without a pass. This issue has occurred repeatedly over the years. Someone needs to make this process simpler. It's incredibly frustrating, and I've wasted a lot of money dealing with this for over two years. Please fix this.

I recently had my account compromised, and I completed a recovery form to regain access. After they verified my identity, they sent a reset link which I accidentally closed, causing the code to expire. I have since submitted four more forms with identical information, but I keep receiving emails stating they are unable to verify my account. I am desperately trying to reach a human representative as I urgently need access to my account. I am willing to provide a picture of my passport for further confirmation if needed. The inconsistency in the verification process is confusing and frustrating.
