A long time and I expected much better of Microsoft than waiting on a robot waiting list for * hours. Ever since **:** CT I've been trying to contact your company in many different ways to get this solved.
I've tried many, many times today on my own to get a new password in and haven't been sucessful. Can't you people have a little compassion for someone who is now waiting * *** hours for help with this situation. I didn't asked to be hacked, someone hacked a support number I called, like they could even to this to your customers. Can I expect a call today, soon??
