Hello, I received a message stating there is an issue with my Microsoft account and prompting me to reset my password. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts, I have not received any emails from Microsoft at my address: [redacted] When I tried to create a new account with the same address, I was informed that an account already exists. I have repeatedly filled out a validation form with the information I remember, but each time, the response comes to my wife's address indicating insufficient data to receive the password recovery link. As I am not receiving emails at my address, I have resorted to using my wife's email. I currently have official Windows 10 Pro, Office [redacted], and games like Eurotruck2 and Age of Empires 2 Definitive Edition linked to my email, which is used in various places. Changing it is not something I wish to do. Unfortunately, the representatives in Slovenia have not been able to assist me so far. Thank you for any help you can provide. Best regards, Marko Ramovš.

Recently, I encountered an issue on Xbox Live where someone tried to access my Microsoft account by changing the primary email to "[redacted]" without my consent. Although my secondary email "[redacted]" is still linked, the person activated two-factor authentication, which I never set up. Now, I can't access my account without a recovery code or the password linked to "[redacted]". Previously, my primary email was "[redacted]". I have ongoing subscriptions on my account and kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Please provide updates and feel free to call me at [redacted].

My personal account information was accessed by someone using the email "[redacted]" This email was not linked to my account before. The individual has changed my gamertag, primary email to [redacted], and compromised my Microsoft account. I am unable to log in as my day-one account has been hijacked. I need assistance in recovering my account. Unable to access the account, I cannot retrieve the password to [redacted] or utilize two-factor authentication, which was not set up. Please, I believe the solution lies in obtaining an account recovery code. I understand it may be challenging given the circumstances, hence I request to be contacted. [redacted]

I used an old account to start my Xbox Live membership, but I wanted to switch to my current account. Recently, my old account got deleted, and now I can't sign in to my new account. When I try to recover the old account, I can't because it doesn't exist anymore. When I try to recover my new account, it only gives me the non-existent old account as an option.

I had an old account that I initially used to start an Xbox Live membership. I tried to switch it to my current account some time ago. However, my old account has been deleted, making it impossible for me to sign in to my new account. When I attempt to recover the old account, it's not possible as it no longer exists. Similarly, when I try to recover the new account, the only option available is the old account that has been deleted.

I recently created an outlook.com email two days ago. After filling out the registration forms, when I tried to access my email through the online portal, I was unexpectedly logged out. The system is prompting me for more information, but I am unable to utilize the specified contact options to proceed. It seems my new email may have been linked to an older address I am also experiencing access issues with. I have been unable to locate a way to reach out to Microsoft for assistance with this problem. The system seems to be stuck in a frustrating loop as whenever I try to seek help from the chatbot, it requests me to 'sign in' to continue, which is the exact issue I am encountering. Thank you, Zander

Hello, today I noticed that my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is experiencing incredibly slow internet speeds. It is taking a long time for any page to load, including my Yahoo Mail and Gmail accounts. However, my WiFi connection seems fine as my iPhone and Tablet are working without any issues. I bought my laptop, along with a two-year extended warranty, for a total of $1,[redacted].57 on 3/2/20 at the Microsoft Store in Century City, Los Angeles. It is still quite new. I am wondering what could be causing this slow performance. The only thing I did differently recently was clicking on a sponsored link about cashing in old gift cards while reading the UK Daily Mail online news. I accidentally left two websites running overnight without closing them. Could this be the problem? If so, how can I clean it up since the Century City store is closed? I have been on hold for over 40 minutes when calling the [redacted] number. Still waiting! Thank you in advance for your help. Stay safe. Best regards, Deborah B.

A few days ago, I received a notification at [redacted] regarding unusual activity on my Microsoft account which led to it being locked. Coincidentally, that same day I made purchases in "Candy Crush" using a new credit card. I mention this in case it relates to the account issue. Yesterday, I followed the steps to recover my account. The final message I got mentioned that it would take 30 days for the new information, including my updated phone number, to be applied. In the meantime, I should still have access to my Microsoft accounts. However, when I tried to access my hotmail account, I received the same message I got initially. The message reads: "Help us secure your account. We have detected unusual activity on your Microsoft account [redacted], or believe your credentials are at risk. For your security and to ensure only you have access to your account, we will ask you to verify your identity and change your password." Facing this issue repeatedly is frustrating, and I'm unsure of the next steps to take. It feels like a cycle of repetitive actions. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I believe I have multiple accounts and am encountering difficulties signing into any of them. I maintain a [redacted] account affiliated with my company, Halstead Real Estate. Additionally, there is an account established on 11/20/[redacted] when I obtained a Student Office with the product key: QYX4J-Q7D4G-MFC$#-RD27T-GJGRZ. I am currently attempting to access a few French classes via Google Classroom. Upon trying to connect online, I was prompted to install Office [redacted], which I completed on both 4/11/20 and 4/12/20. Presently, I am unable to successfully log into any Microsoft services and am consistently prompted to input my keychain password. This password was last used during the download on 4/11/[redacted]. I am uncertain why this request persists. When I try to sign in, I receive an error message stating that my [redacted] is invalid, and similarly, [redacted] is not functioning.

I attempted to create separate user accounts for my children on the PC. I followed the steps to create Microsoft accounts and add them as family members to my Microsoft account as instructed. Unfortunately, while my son's account was set up successfully, my daughter's account is unable to log in for the first time to complete the setup. When I tried to use the automated password recovery tool, it immediately returned an email stating that I haven't provided enough information to prove that I am not trying to hijack the account I attempted to create for my daughter. The discrepancy between the two accounts' setup processes has left me puzzled. I may have to delete and recreate my daughter's account in the hopes of avoiding this issue in the future or seek assistance from a support representative.

I am having trouble logging into my Outlook account on my computer. I can access it on my phone, but forgot my password, which was set up a long time ago and is usually auto-filled. After attempting a password reset, I couldn't answer the security questions from when I initially created the account, like where I lived at the time. I have tried to resolve this online but have been unsuccessful. I need to speak with a live representative to regain access to my account. I can still view emails on my phone and am willing to provide any necessary verification to prove my identity. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I was recently notified about my Office [redacted] subscription renewal and contacted [redacted] to discuss a partial payment due to tight budget constraints. The support technician in the Philippines sent a numeric code for verification and explained I couldn't make a partial payment after placing me on hold. Upon learning about this limitation, I mentioned my inability to afford the full payment and concluded the call. Oddly, my ASUS laptop abruptly shut down and rebooted to a "BLUE SCREEN FAILURE" mode minutes after ending the call. I suspect a connection between the technician's actions and my system shutting down, causing a potential compromise to my Windows 10 Operating system. Your insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I would like to regain access to my email account that I used during my primary school days around 10 years ago. I have tried to initiate recovery processes in the past, but I cannot proceed due to not recalling the necessary account information from a decade ago. To my knowledge, I exclusively used this email for registering on Facebook. Unfortunately, the alternate email contact provided for recovery is the same as my inaccessible login email. This email account was not actively used for communication, and I cannot recollect the original password or any variations of it. Your assistance in recovering this account would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to provide any additional details to the best of my ability if needed. The email account in question is [redacted] Thank you for your help.

I am trying to regain access to my old email account that I used during primary school around 10 years ago. I have previously attempted recovery but have been unsuccessful due to not being able to recall the necessary details since the account was created so long ago. The email was mainly used for signing up on Facebook. Unfortunately, the secondary email provided for recovery is the same as the one I cannot access for login. I did not use the account for sending emails, and I am unable to remember the password or any variations of it. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist in recovering the account. If you have any additional inquiries, I am willing to provide the best answers I can. The email for recovery: [redacted]

Last night, my Xbox wouldn't start any games, showing an error message that they "took too long to start." The system froze, making it difficult to navigate the home page. After numerous restarts, I opted to reset the Xbox while keeping my games and apps. However, upon signing back in, I discovered all games in my ready-to-install list were deleted, even though the installed games remained. I'm missing over 50 games, worth hundreds of dollars. It's been challenging to reach someone by phone to reinstall the games, get a refund, or receive compensation. Attempts to request a call or speak to a "fellow gamer" haven't resolved the issue. I'm eager to find a resolution today, as I would expect a refund if I had purchased these games. Please assist me promptly!

Hello, I'm George Nickerson. I recently bought an HP Laptop Computer in Morecambe, England. I'm attempting to take piano lessons on Gigajams' website, but to do so, I need to download Xtractor Practice Software. When I tried, I got a message prompting me to download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 or higher. However, when I attempted to download .NET Framework 4, I received a notification that .NET 4.8 is already on my computer. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I would appreciate detailed guidance on resolving this issue. Your assistance in helping me rectify this matter is deeply appreciated. Thank you for your time. Best, G.N.

I keep receiving notifications about the need to update Windows 10. I've attempted to update it three times. The first two times, my computer shut down midway through the process, erasing the downloaded update. The third time, a message flashed at 50% download stating that my hardware couldn't handle the update, leading to another shutdown. My Dell desktop was originally purchased for Windows 7, which I still find to be the best version. Despite being upgraded to Windows 10 a few years ago, I'm now being told my hardware is incompatible. My computer lists an Intel CORE i3. Can you provide a link for updating Windows 10 to ensure compatibility with my system? The one-second explanation for the update failure only caught my attention because I was actively watching the update process.

Just under two months ago, I purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse from the Microsoft store. Although I bought them some time ago, I only recently opened the package and discovered that they are not functioning properly. It appears that the Bluetooth adapter that came with the keyboard and mouse is faulty and somewhat damaged. I have verified that my laptop is not the issue since another USB adapter works perfectly fine with it. I would appreciate it if you could send me a new USB adapter instead of a whole replacement, as both the keyboard and mouse are in excellent condition. I have reached out to online support three times, speaking with Microsoft hardware and technical teams, but unfortunately, my issue remains unresolved. I feel I have spent more than enough time trying to resolve this simple matter over the phone.

I have been experiencing issues with my Outlook email gradually worsening over the past few weeks. Initially, it took multiple attempts to open the program and only partially loaded my emails. Then, I encountered an error message when trying to add new appointments, stating that the item could not be found. Additionally, the search function within the mailbox is not working. To add to this, I recently received an email from Microsoft stating that my annual payment is due on June 1. However, despite receiving this notification, the program seems to be acting as if I am already delinquent on my bill, preemptively shutting down before the actual cutoff date.
