I have received a notification that my Facebook password was changed, and now I cannot access my account. When I tried to reset the password, the link was sent to an old email address, a******[redacted], which is not my current email, [redacted] I realized that the original email associated with my account, [redacted], is where the reset information was sent. It has been over 10 years since I last used that email, and I cannot recall the password or other account recovery information requested by Microsoft. I urgently need to recover this account to regain access to my social media account. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I noticed that £19.99 was deducted from my account four times on December 5th, but I don't recall making any purchases on that day. I checked my bank statement and Xbox payment settings, but I couldn't find any corresponding transactions. I'm positive I didn't authorize these transactions. Furthermore, despite canceling my subscriptions to EA and a MineCraft Realm server, I continue to be billed for both services. My Xbox gamer tag is ONE EYED GHOUL2.

I am reaching out as our company sells used products and we have an email attached to our items for security purposes. Unfortunately, the password was changed 34 days ago and I am unable to recover the email. The recovery process prompts me to tap "ok" on a Samsung Galaxy S8, which we do not have. I cannot recall the exact date when this email was created. I do have all the security answers unless they were altered within the past 34 days. This email is crucial for our business as it is linked to other phones and an iCloud account. I am seeking assistance in recovering the email and password to regain access.

I am experiencing issues with my Xbox One S updating. The update process is stuck at "verifying update," and despite having a good internet connection, the update keeps failing. After attempting various solutions like resetting while keeping saved data, I now find myself unable to even access my Xbox offline. The options available to me are limited, only allowing me to try the update again, check the network connection, or turn off the Xbox. I have been a long-time user of Xbox without any prior problems, but now due to this update malfunction, my console is rendered useless. The cycle of being redirected to error screens or network selection persists, preventing me from using the Xbox at all. Despite researching and troubleshooting extensively, including restarting and power cycling, this issue remains unresolved. This situation is frustrating as I continue to pay for a service I cannot utilize, both online and offline. I urge for a solution to be found as this problem has deprived me of the service I have paid for, causing significant inconvenience.

I am experiencing issues with my Xbox One S updating. The update process keeps getting stuck at "verifying update," and I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps to no avail. After attempting to continue offline and keeping my saved data, I now find myself unable to access my Xbox profile or go offline. The only options available are to retry the update, check the network connection, or turn off the Xbox. This problem is frustrating as I have never encountered such issues before this update. The constant loop of errors and lack of support assistance is leaving me unable to use a service I am paying for. I have tried various solutions except for a factory reset, but I am hesitant as it may not resolve the issue. This update has rendered my Xbox unusable with no online or offline access. I have been a long-time Xbox user and Xbox Live subscriber, and this situation is unacceptable. The repetitive attempts at restarting and troubleshooting have not provided a solution, and I am hesitant to purchase a new Xbox due to the fear of encountering the same problem.

I am experiencing difficulty logging onto my computer. I had been using the same email ID for both accessing my Asus laptop with Windows and my now-expired Office [redacted] personal account. Unfortunately, I am now unable to log back into my Windows 10 laptop or make any changes. The email ID I had been using for both accounts was [redacted] Due to issues with my cell phone, which can be reached at [redacted], I kindly request assistance. If contact via phone is not possible in the morning, I would appreciate receiving alternative phone numbers to reach Microsoft technical support. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Joe Norton.

I received a notification from ID Notify informing me that my email address has been found on the "Dark Web." Upon checking my Microsoft Account Activity, I noticed suspicious logins from Russia, Norway, and China. This email address is connected to an msn.com account. The issue is exacerbated by receiving over 70 junk emails daily for the past three weeks. To resolve this situation, I created a new email account on Outlook.com. However, I am now receiving emails from Microsoft about exporting my old email account data. Despite my attempts to communicate my reluctance to proceed with the export, the responses direct me to a non-monitored email address. I want to emphasize that I do not wish to export any mail data from either account. My intention is to close and delete the old msn.com email account and solely utilize the new one on Outlook.com. The dilemma arises from both accounts sharing the same username. Rest assured, I have no intention of closing or deleting my primary Microsoft Account.

When I bought my new laptop in October, I started the online registration but mistakenly entered "[redacted]" instead of "[redacted]". When I try to correct it, the system says the email is already taken, which makes sense because I've had it for 20 years. I can't access any Microsoft store or apps because I can't receive emails or codes at "[redacted]". Trying to fix this has exposed me to a scam artist and cost me nearly $5,[redacted]. Currently, I have an expensive "boat anchor" as I can't use any Microsoft programs. Contacting the automated help desk has been unhelpful. I need assistance with this issue. Thank you, Grace E Goodenough.

I recently noticed an unauthorized withdrawal from my account by your company. Unfortunately, I cannot access my account due to forgetting my password and my previous email being closed. I kindly request a refund for the unauthorized transaction. I would also appreciate it if you could permanently close my account to prevent any further issues. The refunded amount is crucial for me during this challenging time. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I was informed by Tech Alliance, a tech company in San Diego, CA, that they assigned me a new IP address or virtual IP. I was billed a considerable amount for this service, but I'm uncertain if the work was completed. I am requesting assistance to verify if my PC has a virtual IP or a new IP address. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could remotely access my computer to investigate this for me. Is this something that can be done?

After my bank account was compromised, I made changes to my Microsoft email account from [redacted] to [redacted] and attempted to delete the old account. However, I've discovered that the old account is still linked to certain software, especially Xbox. Despite my efforts, I haven't been successful in recovering the old account for updating purposes. I no longer wish to use the old account and would like assistance in properly updating and removing it since my previous attempts were unsuccessful.

I closed my Microsoft account, [redacted], back in September. I believe my 60-day wait ended in October. However, I am still receiving emails to this address, which are forwarded to my Gmail account. I closed this account due to nuisance emails and do not want any emails addressed to [redacted] I thought that closing the account would stop all mail to that address. Why is this not happening?

On October 1st, [redacted], I purchased a 12-month Xbox Live Gold subscription. Recently, it was automatically converted into a 3-month Ultimate Game Pass, causing my Gold subscription to expire prematurely on December 14, [redacted]. I would like my subscription reverted back to the original 12-month Gold membership. I have a code from the physical Xbox Live Gold card I bought to verify my purchase. I discovered that the Ultimate Game Pass led to the early expiration of my Gold membership. Can someone assist me in switching back to my 12-month Gold subscription and resolving this issue promptly? Thank you.

I recently bought a laptop, but after setting it up, I realized I didn't want it. To remove my personal data, I entered false information into my Microsoft account on the laptop. However, I didn't realize that this fake information would be saved permanently. I managed to correct everything except for my email address. Currently, my correct email, [redacted], is associated with a 1-year-old account, and there is another non-existent email like Billybob[redacted][redacted] included. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue and getting my email address back to normal. Thank you.

I am seeking assistance to resolve an issue with Office [redacted] for editing, updating, and completing my documents. Despite reaching out to Apple customer service without success, I encountered difficulties updating Excel and other associated apps on my MacBook Pro with Microsoft Office [redacted]. On 12/7/19, while setting up my Office [redacted] Subscription, I was prompted to log in using my Apple ID credentials. Although I followed the steps outlined in the confirmation email received from Apple, I am unable to activate my account as I receive an error message stating "no subscription found." Interestingly, when attempting to initiate the one-month free trial, I am confronted with a message indicating that I am already subscribed. I am in need of assistance to rectify this issue promptly so I can resume using Excel, Word, Outlook, and related applications.

A few days ago, I was prompted to update to a newer version of Windows 10. I accidentally restarted the computer, and now it's stuck in a loop. The screen displays the Windows logo, spinning dots, then quickly switches to a screen saying "undoing changes to your window," but it keeps resetting before completing the cycle.

My email accounts need verification, but it says I haven't provided enough information. The first email, [redacted], is linked to my Apple ID, and I require the password from that email to reactivate my ID. I haven't entered the password incorrectly for any accounts. When it prompts to send the recovery to an old email, [redacted], I enter the password and encounter the same issue as with the first account. I'm confused by this situation, and it's causing significant issues. I simply want to bypass this process and log in with my password without complications.

I'm experiencing problems with the Phone Companion software on my PC. It is stuck at 60% while trying to set it up to sync with my LG G8 ThinQ smartphone. It used to work fine with my old LG phone, but now, when I try to install it on the new LG G8, it fails to receive final permission from my PC. The phone application prompts me to locate and send a notification, but unfortunately, I am unable to access it due to the current situation.

I am having trouble accessing my Hotmail account due to a recent phone number and phone change, as well as moving to a new city. Even though I have my password, the extra security requires sending a message to my old phone, which is inaccessible. I am unable to fill out the recovery form successfully as I lack the necessary information. I simply need the extra security to be removed temporarily so I can log in from my new phone. The account in question is [redacted]

I am experiencing another lockout from my Hotmail account by Microsoft. This recurring issue is frustrating, as it previously occurred a few months ago. It is disrupting my ability to communicate via email, which is essential for work. The details provided are accurate. The recent emails involved correspondence with my boss, Faye Williams, about a security officer named Mo, and discussions about our Christmas Party. Furthermore, I emailed Sophie Cooper, our community manager, about a competition winner receiving a gift from Ma Lumiere. My Hotmail address is [redacted], and my work email is [redacted]. I urge for a resolution to this problem to prevent future disruptions.
