My company transitioned us over to Office***, which I have used at another company. I bought a new computer, downloaded the software onto the laptop and now have a **** of a time simply trying to download documents from my email onto my laptop desktop. I get way too many confusing questions when all I want to do is work on my document. It has been the better part of an hour. **In attempting to address the work stoppage I typed in my company email as directed and get response that it is not recognized. It has happened so many time I just give up and wait until I go into the office the next day. I have used Microsoft products for over ** years. It was hard even getting a customer service phone number. I get it all companies are outsourcing to customer.**I only want to download file from my outlook account, not be asked lots of questions, passwords and permission just to work. Can you help me? Are you a real person or bot? **I will pay for my own service contract so I can work within this new schema that seems a lot like Google Docks ugh. Can you help me today?
