The issue in GetHuman-hannaju's own words
My Brother payed Nitrado for a server for Pixark from his xbox account. He was unable to set up the server due to their technical problems. He wrote them emails and tried to call and was told he would get a few free days added. It was still not working after a week and he contacted them to get his money back. They told him various stories of how to proceed and ultimately that it would have to be refunded from Microsoft. He tried Microsoft which send him back to Nitrado. They still refuse to refund him and by now Microsoft is telling him that it’s too late for refunds and he could be telling stories. He has proof of emails of how he is pushed from on to another. I am deeply disgusted by this behavior from Microsoft and Nitrado. My brother is disabled and suffering from MS. This should not be allowed. If Nitrado is not able to set up servers for paying customers they should be removed from xbox so other gamers can not be scammed out of their money. *I request that you look into this matter and find a satisfactory resolution to this mess.
