Help with my Microsoft - Tech Support issue
The issue in GetHuman-zdevito's own words
A representative saying he was from Microsoft logged in my computer from GotoAssist and said my WiFi was hacked. He set up a Adguard plan through Quick PC Expert taking my credit card info. I did not authorize it to be charged until further information. Does this sound correct that Microsoft would do?
GetHuman-zdevito did not yet indicate what Microsoft - Tech Support should do to make this right.
