Yesterday, while playing Battlefield Badcompany 2 online, I experienced significant lagging issues. A player with a gamertag kept switching teams and "teabagging" my character after killing me. In response, I retaliated by shooting his character repeatedly. Subsequently, my friend who was playing with me got disconnected, citing system freezing. My gameplay was laggy and frozen for the rest of the evening, prompting me to shut down my Xbox. Upon trying to log in this morning, my profile connects to the console but not to Xbox Live despite a working internet connection. I have cleaned my Xbox [redacted] and ensured the internet connection is stable, but the issue persists. I have been advised to seek tech support for further assistance.

Since encountering an individual named Leon Gabriel Bergeron, who I mistakenly assisted upon his release from prison before he was reincarcerated due to two violations of probation, my phones have been compromised. Shockingly, it appears that even violent offenders can obtain and circulate cell phones within prison walls. I acquired a basic trac phone with minimal internet capabilities, which he has managed to infiltrate completely. He gained unauthorized access to all my social media accounts, and now suspicious activities involving my social security number have come to my attention. Residing in Johnson City, Tennessee, while he is detained in either Knoxville or Nashville, I am seeking assistance, possibly through cell tower location tracking, to sever his unauthorized access. He has used my identity to interact with entities from various organizations, including yours and the Social Security Administration, creating significant turmoil in my life. Any help in removing him from my phone would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: Request for Replacement Surface Pro 6 Power Cord I am experiencing an issue with the power cord of my Surface Pro 6, Intel Core i5-[redacted] CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.80GHz. The device ID is 95FD99B3-BA9D-42DB-A84A-16B300E13DA4 and the product ID is 00[redacted]0-[redacted]-AAOEM. Running Windows 10 Home, version [redacted], build [redacted].[redacted] with serial number [redacted]53. After only four months of use, the power cable has become faulty. It often turns off with minimal cord movement, making charging difficult. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like changing outlets, disconnecting and reconnecting the cable, the issue persists. The power cable light intermittently goes on and off without effectively charging the device. Since my Surface Pro is still under warranty, I am reaching out to request a replacement power cord to resolve this inconvenience promptly. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this matter promptly. Sincerely, Walter

Hello, I am writing to address an issue I am experiencing with my email address [redacted], which has been my primary email account for several years. Due to your security system, I am having difficulty accessing it as I do not remember the security answer associated with my favorite historical character. This has become problematic during my travels as my access on computers has been denied, and my cellphone app no longer allows me to log in. I have undergone changes, including a new phone number ([redacted]) and a switch from Virgin to Rogers for my cellphone service last April. I also receive my Australian cellphone bill from Telstra on this email address since November 16, [redacted]. To verify my identity, I can provide detailed information about my account activity, such as online shopping sites I have used like Abercrombie and Fitch, Redbubble, American Eagle, and Forever21. I am located at [redacted] Maisonneuve Street in Rosemere, QC, Canada, with postal code J7A4S1. I urgently require access to my email to attend to important matters. I have already sent an email attempting to answer security questions regarding my email activity. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Felix Desjardins (I am currently only able to access the internet through my phone)

As a devoted Microsoft user, I have been facing challenges with my two Microsoft accounts and Skype integration. Despite my attempts to close my old Microsoft account, I have been repeatedly forced to reopen it as it is linked to my Skype account. Even though my Skype account is registered under my newer Microsoft email address, the systems are interconnected. I have reached out to Microsoft multiple times to request the unlinking of my Skype account from the old Microsoft account, but my requests have been ignored. After several failed attempts to resolve this through customer advocates and managers, a new Service Request was opened with a promise of a callback within 24 hours which was not fulfilled. Despite escalating my concerns to top Microsoft executives, I have received unhelpful suggestions that did not work. The lack of response and unwillingness to address this issue effectively indicates a disregard for customer satisfaction and a preference to retain old Microsoft accounts indefinitely.

Subject: Return Request for ASR Software Dear Support, I am requesting a refund on the ASR software that I recently purchased for $29.95. I've encountered numerous issues with the program within the first day of installing it. Despite being advertised as Windows supported, the software caused my Logitech keyboard to malfunction. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to rectify the issue, I was compelled to restore my computer to a previous state before ASR was installed. My computer now functions perfectly fine without ASR. I am disappointed with this experience and intend to share my negative feedback to prevent others from facing similar challenges with ASR. In hindsight, I realize I should have conducted more thorough research before downloading the software. As a dissatisfied customer, I anticipate a refund via Paypal promptly. I will also inform others about the problems encountered with ASR. Sincerely, Randy B. Reference # PHLP-U[redacted]9-02YKU ASR Software Details: Activated on: 04/22/[redacted] Expiration: 10/19/[redacted] Product Key: 3[redacted]-8[redacted]

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Professional. Since then, I have been receiving frequent "Microsoft Warning Alert" screens from what appears to be Microsoft Security Essentials. The alert prompts me to clean my computer due to detected items, but I have not pressed the button provided. It then instructs me to call [redacted] to avoid disabling my computer. I suspect this is a scam as the message is not consistent with Windows Defender, which is now in use instead of Security Essentials. The screen freezes, forcing me to shut down the computer. Once restarted, everything seems fine until the issue repeats. How do I resolve this recurring problem?

I encountered an issue where I could not pay the $5 charge, but luckily, the problem seemed to be resolved through the remote assistance provided by the technician, Kenneth. Despite spending over an hour on the phone, mostly with Kenneth having remote access, the situation was resolved. However, after updating to the latest Windows 10 October [redacted] version, I am now unable to access my computer even after signing in to Microsoft with my account details. The system is now prompting me for an additional Windows password, which was not expected post-update. I was informed that the update to version [redacted] may have caused complications due to my HP [redacted] being an older system that has been reconfigured. Despite some uncertainty initially, I have been using this computer for 10 years, with Kenneth being impressed by its capabilities and committed to finding a solution for Windows 10 to function properly.

I had a friend over who needed to use my laptop. Initially, I shared my password with them but later decided to create a separate account for them. The issue arose when I couldn't find the paper where I had written down my password, and the hint wasn't helpful. I am unable to reset the password or access my account since it is not linked to my email. My laptop runs on Windows 10, which was upgraded from Windows 8 as a free update, leaving me without a recovery or installation disk. How can I remove or reset the password to regain access to my account?

My computer is running slow, becoming unresponsive when I right-click, freezing for up to 3 minutes before functioning again. Initially, my hard drive was constantly at [redacted]% usage without any apps running, and attempts to resolve it following tutorials have made it worse. Though the disk usage has decreased to 50%, the overall system speed is still very sluggish. I am using Windows 10 and might consider switching to a Mac if this issue persists. As of 6 p.m. on April 28, [redacted], this problem has not been resolved yet.

1) When I try to open a link by pressing control simultaneously, I'm encountering an error message that says, "The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer." 2) I need help accessing/setting up/using my MS account because I am unable to receive a text message on my cell phone or a phone call on my landline for verification. Is there an alternative method available? 3) I've recently bought Office PC [redacted] and I want to make sure I save all my Outlook files including calendars, emails, and folders/subfolders. What is the recommended format or method to ensure they are preserved before I proceed with the installation of the new program? 4) Could you clarify if MS Office 16 is entirely cloud-based? I haven't installed it yet, and I prefer saving files to my hard drive.

I am frustrated with the forced updates on Windows 10! Despite trying numerous methods to disable them, my Toshiba L750D laptop keeps updating without my consent. Every time it updates, my computer crashes with a DPC or similar error within minutes of use. I have wasted over 12 hours trying to restore backups, previous versions, or removing updates. This continuous issue is unacceptable, and I am considering legal action due to these failed updates. I demand a resolution to stop these forced updates!

I recently spilled coffee on my Dell G3 Laptop, which is 6 months old. Despite shutting it down and drying it out immediately, I have encountered a few issues after running Dell Support Assist and troubleshooting online. The problems are: 1. The HUD is not being detected, showing a white file where the drive should be with an unknown error message when clicked. The SSD appears to be fine. 2. The GPU (Nvidia [redacted]) is present in the device manager but displays an error, rendering it inactive even after attempting to run Nvidia software. 3. The sound card seems damaged as no sound is coming from the laptop, though my headphones work. I am covered under warranty and have queries regarding the extent of coverage, particularly related to accidental damage. I have not attempted to open the laptop due to a lack of tools and expertise.

Since yesterday, I have been experiencing difficulties opening Outlook on my Macbook. Although I can still read my emails through the Mail function on my Macbook and access my Outlook account on my Samsung phone, trying to directly open my Outlook account on my Macbook results in an error message stating: "Server Error [redacted] - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials." This issue began yesterday afternoon, and I am unsure of the cause as I have not made any recent software updates.

Names in contacts include Jeff Tyler, Manuel Hertline, Heather Brown, Megan Smith, and many others, used for business purposes. I am willing to provide proof of identity if there is a way to do so. I wrote a letter in February about my data loss issue caused by Windows Update [redacted] but have not received a response yet. I've been passed around different support levels with no resolution. I am seeking compensation for my lost data. Tech Support confirmed the Update was responsible but couldn't recover my files. I visited a Microsoft store in San Diego, but they couldn't help either. After contacting Level 2 Tech Support again, my case was inexplicably closed. I'm now feeling frustrated by the lack of information on compensation. I hope for a prompt resolution and appreciate your attention to this matter. Sincerely, P. Angel

I was not aware that using Microsoft's automatic restore point would result in a blue screen issue that none of the solutions could resolve, despite trying them all. I am seeking assistance from someone with authority to address this matter. Email: [redacted] When calling, my phone goes to an answering machine, and I have to retrieve my voicemails when I am online. My computer has been unusable for over a month now, and I am hoping to speak to someone with the necessary authority to help resolve this issue. I assure you I will communicate respectfully. Sincerely, Warren Hauser

Hello, I recently upgraded from an iPhone 4s to an iPhone 7 with the help of a technician at O2 who transferred all my data. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access my primary Hotmail account. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to recover my password as Outlook does not recognize my security questions. I am at a loss for what to do next as each time I try, I receive messages stating that my information is not recognized. I can still access my Hotmail account, [redacted], on my old iPhone 4s, but I am unable to do so on my new device. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Margaret Cameron

I recently contacted support regarding a game purchase from the Microsoft store that I couldn't download. The representative spent nearly two hours making changes to my computer and started a program, instructing me to call back with a case number once it completed. Unfortunately, upon calling back, the support was closed. I am frustrated by this lack of resolution and unprofessionalism. I am now considering a refund for my Microsoft purchases to switch to Apple products. I anticipate a standard apology email with no further action. All I ask is for my game issue to be resolved promptly. Thank you.

Re: Email Account Recovery Help Needed I recently installed a new operating system on my laptop, and upon trying to reinstall my email accounts, only one was successfully accepted. I am eager to recover my accounts, starting with jetstreamdesign, before moving on to the others. I have been using these accounts since the early 2000s. Despite following all the steps provided multiple times, I have not been successful. I received a code on my gmail account, but it only led me back to the same failing process. While I seldom send emails, I do have recent examples to demonstrate the issue, all resulting in failure. What steps should I take to regain access to my other email accounts?
