I have received * recent messages allegedly from Microsoft stating "The license key of your Microsoft Windows has been expired and all Microsoft services has been stopped on your computer. To renew license please call *-***-***-****. Message ** was an identical call stating the same, but with a new phone number-*-***-***-****. This morning I received another call from the Microsoft Support Team stating "As your computer service subscription will be auto renewed, there will be an auto reduction of $***.** from your account. In case you don't want to get charged, please call us to cancel your subscription. Our toll free * is ***-***-****." MY QUESTIONS ARE: (*)Are these valid phone calls from Microsoft? (*)Do I have a service subscription with Microsoft? If so, what type is it? To my knowledge I do not ever recall entering into an automatic service agreement with Microsoft. Any information you can provide will be sincerely appreciated. Donovan Parks
