Help with my Microsoft - Tech Support issue

use it ... You disabled my computer with the ****** update. Kept asking for my password that you would not accept, and could not get on with forgot password. *In the process with a technical person, he was finally able to get it to accept, but lost my original computer screen and lost almost all data. I now cannot get into any Microsoft programs and some of the Medical Portals tell me that I can't use Google Chrome Browser. *Lost my **** Quicken files. *Just how many, like me, who are not computer savvy have this problem?

WHO KNOWS - HAVE HAD COMPUTERS SINCE **** AND WINDOWS ** FROM A DECISION WHEN IT BECAME DOWNLOADABLE SOMETIME IN THE ****'S. MICROSOFT USER FOR YEARS
