As retired military, I purchased a laptop at Lackland AFB in DEC ****. Has a friend set it for me. Have rarely used it, but decided to use for upcoming JAN **** trip. While at my son's over Christmas got him to help - wanted to make sure I knew how to use the hotspot device I bought in DEC ****. As part of this process, my computer had * updates it needed. Those were accomplished BUT got notice my outlook account was outdated. When I went to login I couldn't find my password. So I ask for a reset. Requested code be text to my cell phone - *** ***-****. Only last * digits were shown so I thought it was correct. Never got the text. Evidently I didn't enter on my cell phone correctly. I have tried on * occasions to answer online spt questionnaire but was denied for lack of information. I was in the process of submitting a BBB complaint since I can't seem to get this issue resolved on line without a live person's intervention. In that process I had to look up Microsoft address and this is how I stumbled across this site. About * PM today I tried to login to my outlook account - *****@***.com. This time it let me reste my password. HOWEVER when I went to try my new password I was informed my logi-password were incorrect. In my past experience when this happens I need to be in contact wit a live person who can follow me thru process to get it resolved. Pls reset my account so I can get in, Thank you
