Unable to create new account in Windows ** & access it. Once I create the account, I try to log in and receive: *you can’t sign in to your device right now. Go to account.live.com to fix the problem, or try the last password you used on this device. *I have reset password, tried again to no avail. I have deleted account from PC & retried, to no avail. I tried the virtual chat help, to no avail. I have tried to login via web, it works. I am successful at creating the account and logging in on another PC, but not on the one I need the account to sign in. *On the Windows ** PC in question, I receive the following message whenever I tried to create the account or make changes: Something went wrong *Try again, or select Cancel to set up your device later.**Please help. I need to have the account I added on this PC to be able to login on the PC from the sign-on screen instead of it continuously asking for user to reset password and try again, which doesn’t work. **Thanks.
