I have encountered an issue with my two Outlook email accounts, [redacted] and [redacted] Account #1 got suspended due to spam reports despite me not sending any spam emails. Subsequently, account #2 faced the same suspension shortly after creation. When attempting to recover account #2, the verification codes were not sent to my phone, and the additional recovery information provided was deemed insufficient for verification purposes. I am puzzled by how someone other than myself gained access to these accounts as I am the sole keeper of their passwords. Kindly restore access to my emails, and I am sharing my Gmail address, [redacted], for further communication as I might not have access to my current email. Thank you.

To Whom It May Concern, I am reaching out to request assistance with the recovery of my email account, [redacted] I have submitted the recovery form twice but was informed that the evidence provided was insufficient. Unfortunately, I am unable to recall the email addresses I have recently contacted or the contacts from my long-unused Skype account. Currently vacationing in Orlando, Florida, I accessed my account from a different location, prompting the security concern. The urgency in regaining access to my email is due to important job inquiries and the approaching holiday season, during which I rely on this email for tracking purchases. While I can provide information about creating the account, my date of birth, and security question, I am unable to provide details on other inquiries. Regrettably, I cannot utilize the phone number recovery option as I changed my number in November [redacted] and failed to update it in my account settings. The previous phone number associated with my account ends in [redacted]. I hope to receive prompt assistance. Best regards, Hayley Puffett

I have three Xbox accounts and two Xbox One consoles. We recently made a purchase of a Battlefield update for $20, but it was credited to the wrong account. The update should have been applied to the gamertag "semisweetsnail" instead, but it was mistakenly sent to the account linked to [redacted] I have tried calling customer service multiple times but only reached an unhelpful automated system directing me to the website. This is a new issue for me, and despite being informed of a 44-minute wait time online, I was still unable to speak to a representative. I urgently request assistance to transfer the purchase and upgrade to the correct gamertag "semisweetsnail." Thank you, Bethann Boehler

A few years ago, my email got hacked and the password was changed. This email was linked to my Xbox profile. When my email got hacked and the password changed, I couldn't update it as I didn't have the password to do so. I reached out to Xbox for help, and a representative created a temporary email to protect the movies and games I had bought over the years. Everything was fine until yesterday when I had trouble connecting to my Wi-Fi. I ended up buying an Ethernet cable to resolve the issue. However, this morning, I'm being prompted for the password to the old email account I can't remember, and I'm locked out of everything. I've invested a lot in my Xbox with numerous games and movies. Xbox is always my go-to, and I really hope to find a solution as I don't want to lose my collection.

I am struggling to access my Hotmail account. After attempting to reset the account, I am prompted to create a new one, which is not feasible as I have been using the same email since the 90s for work purposes. I am unable to recall all the information I used for the security questions. This email consists of my full name and serves as my professional email address.

Is there any way I can speak with a real person? If I lose all my movies and games from this account, I'll be extremely frustrated. Microsoft will lose my business. Why is it so difficult to get in touch with a human and fix my problems? It's frustrating. When I call, I only reach a robot that directs me to a website and then disconnects. Even when I try the option to skip a call, I receive a text but no phone call.

I have encountered issues with my Microsoft Rewards account's termination due to suspicions of manipulating entries using special software. I admit to using location blocking software and multiple accounts under my name. Despite following tech support's instructions, my account was banned for violating rules. Additionally, corrupted software from the insider program led to the replacement of $[redacted] worth of devices, with further unexpected charges totaling over $[redacted]. While Microsoft refunded $[redacted], the bank requires more proof for the remaining disputed charges. Despite complying with tech support, I'm unable to redeem my points for rewards. I'm sharing all correspondence with the bank, but the refund process remains unresolved as of Nov 28th. This ordeal has affected my ability to access my email and utilize my rewards. Thank you for your assistance. V Renee Duran

I recently bought a new Windows phone in a great deal and I've had positive experiences with them in the past. I lent my Samsung Galaxy S7 to a friend, and when I got it back, I wanted to reset it. I didn't realize that I needed to deactivate some security features, and now I'm unable to use it. I contacted Microsoft for help, but mistakenly used my friend's phone number for a reset, resulting in a 30-day delay. It's frustrating to be without my phone during the holidays, and I just want to be able to use it again.

For the past few months, I have been experiencing issues with my Xbox Live Account when trying to make purchases, receiving error code 8C150009. After conducting some research, I discovered that this error is typically related to discrepancies between the billing information on my Xbox Live account and the one associated with my bank account linked to the payment method for Xbox Live. However, after careful verification, I can confirm that all my billing details are accurate and match accordingly. I am unsure how to proceed and resolve this persistent problem. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you. Sincerely, Ishaan.

I am currently locked out of my Microsoft account because of too many unsuccessful password attempts. Despite trying to recover my password, I recently received an email marked as FINAL after four days, instructing me to create a new account. My original account is essential as all my purchases, especially those related to my Xbox, are linked to it. I have a long history with this account, having it for over a decade, and my Xbox Live subscription was just renewed in September, which I can verify with a receipt. Although I provided details like my Xbox serial number and the last four digits of the linked card, the online reset process has not worked. I am unable to access my Xbox Live to confirm the account and had to take my work computer to Geek Squad for assistance in accessing it. While I am calmer now, I still urgently need to regain access to my account or transfer my purchases and gamer tag to a new account. Is there an email where I can send verification documents like photo ID, birth certificate, card photos, or Microsoft purchase receipts? I am desperate to resolve this issue without losing my purchases.

I recently purchased a new Dell laptop and installed Microsoft SQL Server [redacted]. Upon restarting the system, I noticed that all the tables stored in the database are automatically deleted. Dell support suggested there might be an issue with the SQL installation. After reinstalling SQL, I am still facing the same problem. Other systems in my organization have the same SQL setup without facing any issues. I am struggling to find Microsoft's contact email online. Can anyone help me understand and resolve this recurring problem? Thank you.

I encountered an issue while trying to download Windows 10. It required me to set up an administrator account, but now I can't access it because I forgot the password and I'm unable to create a new one. I tried to resolve this with Ferlyn from Microsoft support, but our session got timed out before we could fix it. Today, I've been struggling to reach a live person for help, receiving error messages from Microsoft's virtual assistance. I am frustrated with the lack of progress. I was told I would receive a code via email from GetHuman, but I never got it as my email isn't always prompt.

I'm having trouble creating a new account on Windows 10 and accessing it. After successfully creating the account, I am unable to log in because it gives me an error message instructing me to go to account.live.com or try the last used password. I have attempted to resolve this by resetting the password, deleting and recreating the account on the PC, and even seeking assistance through virtual chat with no success. Interestingly, I can create and access the same account on a different computer, just not on the one where I need it to work. The specific error message I get on the Windows 10 PC is "Something went wrong. Try again or select Cancel." I urgently need to be able to log in to this account on the relevant PC without encountering the continuous cycle of resetting the password. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

After performing a system recovery, I lost all my Windows 10 programs. I'm unable to connect to any Windows 10 functions, including the startup process. A notification requesting to contact the system administrator appears. The only programs that respond are Google and Windows Outlook. This issue occurred right after the system recovery. I'm uncertain how to revert my computer to its prior state due to the inability to access Windows 10 functions.

Hello, I recently upgraded my 6-year-old PC due to multiple hardware failures. I changed the motherboard, and therefore upgraded the CPU and RAM. As the SSD where Windows was installed had reached its end of life, I also changed the boot drive. My Windows license was linked to my Microsoft account - [redacted] After reinstalling Windows, I signed in, but I am unable to activate Windows. I tried using the troubleshooter and selecting the option for recent hardware changes, but it still did not activate Windows. The device I upgraded is Big-Red running Windows 10 Home. I am still using its other drives, graphics card, and all other working hardware. I would appreciate your assistance in reactivating Windows on my device. Thank you for your help. Matt.

I am trying to access my email at [redacted] My password is big81359, but I got a new phone number and haven't accessed the account in months. I don't know how anyone would remember the last four emails sent or information about Skype, as I haven't used it in years. I bought an Xbox One for online gaming but can't play due to access issues. The security questions asked seem excessive for a home account with no purchases. I have tried the process several times, but it keeps saying there's not enough information. I urgently need to access my email or I'll have to return this Xbox as it's useless without online access. Please remember that my hotmail email is [redacted]

I have been using my email address for over 20 years and set it up on my new iPhone. I am still logged into my account on my old phone and home computer, and I can send and receive emails. However, I cannot remember my password. I tried to use the online recovery option, but after failing three times to convince them that I am the account owner, they have denied me the opportunity to reset my password. I am unsure of what steps to take to regain access to my account and use my new phone. This email is crucial for my Apple ID, banking, eBay, and other accounts. I am frustrated by this situation and would appreciate any assistance to resolve it.
