We have * Xbox accounts and two separate Xbox One consoles. They purchase was made for a battlefield update for $**. It went to the wrong account. It should have gone to gamertag semisweetsnail. Instead it went to the account belonging to *****@***.com. **I tried calling customer service line several times only to reach an automated person who continue to tell me to go online and hang up. This has never happened in the past. Could you please call ASAP. also online it showed there was a ** minute wait time but I still could not reach a representative.**We would like the issue resolved and the purchase and upgrade to Battlefield placed on the gamertag account semisweetsnail.**Thank you.*Bethann Boehler****-***-********-***-****-cell******@***.com
