I was charged two times for uploading firewalls security to my computer. The technical support person who worked on my computer is Jack Andrews telephone ***-***-****. I tried calling him, but no response. The check was made out to Charge One and in the memo line: is Astronorm Technical Support. The Bank states that the amount of $***.** was paid out electronically and what Mr. Andrew told me that when he process the check information I gave him via the telephone that the bank said it needs a signature, therefore, I am to send a check for the said amount above via the United States Postal Service. I tried calling Astronorm Technical Solution with no answer. Is it possible for someone to look into this issue and get back with me please? Thanks!
