My desktop computer is incredibly slow. This happened shortly after I subscribed to your Microsoft Support . In stead of getting better as it did initially the problem is worse.**My laptop computer which you all have worked on for a second time will not bring up my desktop page. After I type in my password I get a completely black screen with only the cursor visible. It will stay like this for hours and never give me my desktop page. A female tech assisted me with the laptop several weeks ago. She created an alternate logon page, which works, but it does not give me my homepage on the laptop. I am a student.
