log on ... when trying to get into skype it is trying to verify my account to an email address I do not own. I reset the account, reset the password, but when logging in it again directed the verification to an email address I do not own, have never owned, and have no acess to.
account verification is stuck in a loop. In spite of many resets and password changes, when trying to log into my account using the user name robtgmann, it tries to verify the account by sending me an email code to *****@***.com, which is not an account i own or have access to. When I try to give the verification screen a new email address, it says something like "your already changed the alias on the account, try again later." I have been through this loop maybe ** times. I think this is part of your system-wide problem with account sign'ins so I am waiting a week or so contact you again.
Fix the damned thing. Tell your customers when it's your problem and that they have to wait before trying to get it fixed.
