Help with my Microsoft - Tech Support issue

Recover Account ... My account is suspended, but I cannot recover it. The automated system has determined that the information I provided to recover the account is insufficient. This is a brand new account, so I haven't really used it yet. I created it to use with job search sites--specifically ZipRecruiter.**When I try to get a verification code via text per their method of recovery, I get an error saying that the service is unavailable and to try again later.
I can't provide any contacts or email subject lines because this account is newly created.
Unlock my account!
I've tried contacting through the Help*Contact Us site, but it won't move forward bc my account is locked. I can't speak to a human being to try to resolve.
