Help with my Microsoft - Tech Support issue

Log in. ... Microsoft *****!!!! I saved my password so that I wouldn't have to look it up everytime I logged in. I am getting a message that my password is wrong. I have filled out the FORM, and was told that my info was wrong. How do I access my documents? How do I get REAL help with my password issue? Your customer service ***** too. In order for me to contact you, I HAVE TO SIGN IN!!!! BUT I CAN'T BECAUSE YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE MY PASSWORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I saved my password so that I wouldn't have to enter it every time I log in. How could it be wrong?!!! I got kicked out after attempting to log in after ONE try. An auto-form popped up asking me to fill out useless info. They sent me email telling me to fill out the same useless form again because they couldn't identify me. Virtual Agent didn't help either. I don't need days to go by waiting to get access to my files.
I will no longer be using OneDrive
I managed to fix this myself. I ACCIDENTALLY found a way to change the password myself. Why didn't this option come up first? They used my email address to send me a link to change my password, but I had to really hunt for that option.
