I recently created a new account a few days ago using my email address [redacted], and to my surprise, it was suddenly suspended without any apparent reason. I was instructed to verify my identity with a code sent to my phone, but due to the poor signal in my rural area, the codes expired before I could use them. After multiple unsuccessful attempts with different codes, I am at a loss for what to do. This sudden suspension has significantly impacted my ability to access essential emails, including urgent documents from my out-of-state attorney. I have spent the past two days trying to resolve this issue without success, despite speaking to numerous technicians. I urgently need Microsoft to unlock my account promptly, as it is linked to critical aspects of my life like financial accounts and important communications.

While using my laptop on 07/23/[redacted] at approximately 11:15 AM, a Microsoft.com message suddenly popped up, blocking any actions on my part. The message indicated the need to contact [redacted] due to error # 0x80072ee7, warning about malicious pornographic spyware/risksware that could be disseminating my laptop's information to other IP addresses. Microsoft threatened to involve authorities. This situation is concerning, particularly since it's not the first instance. I typically use free public Wi-Fi for my online activities. I reached out via email to [redacted] recently, seeking assistance.

My son bought an Xbox One from GameStop two years ago, and we encountered a big issue with the game being slow and kicking him off. The staff at GameStop identified the problem as the power brick, and although they only sell them online, I purchased a used Xbox One to test the power brick. After confirming that the power brick was the issue, I searched online but feel overwhelmed by the options available. It's puzzling why Microsoft isn't addressing this common problem, especially since GameStop sees 2-3 customers with the same issue weekly. My son, who was 12 when he bought the Xbox, saved up money from mowing lawns for this purchase, and it's disappointing that less than 90 days after the warranty expired, it's essentially not working. I believe Microsoft should take responsibility for this known power brick problem and offer replacements.

I am having trouble accessing my Microsoft documents because my saved password is no longer working. I've filled out the form but was informed that my information is incorrect. How can I receive assistance with resetting my password and accessing my files? The customer service process to contact you requires signing in, which I cannot do due to the password error. Can someone please help me resolve this issue promptly?

I encountered an issue trying to access my Hotmail account as it indicated someone else was using it. I am facing delays in receiving the verification code on my correct mobile number, suspecting a technical glitch causing the delay. I provided an alternative email for the code. To reset the password, I had to recall and provide details of my recent emails and exact subject lines. Although I provided the information, I struggled with answering the security question correctly due to multiple possible answers. This has left me unable to regain access to my account, risking losing important emails. I have received unauthorized reservation messages from Argos in London, suspecting the same culprit for compromising my account security. Despite emailing Argos to cease the messages, they persist. Strangely, emails sent to my Hotmail account seem to be going through, indicating it may still be accessible. The situation is frustrating, and I am determined to regain control of my Hotmail account.

Subject: Email Recovery Help Needed I am seeking assistance in recovering my email address, ([redacted]). Yesterday, Microsoft notified me that there may have been unauthorized access to my account. I followed their instructions to go through the account recovery form, providing as much information as I could recall. Despite my efforts, I am finding it challenging to remember all the details, especially since I have had this Hotmail account since around [redacted] and some questions are challenging to answer. This email account is crucial to me as it is used for both business and personal purposes, including important school-related communications. I am eagerly waiting to regain access as it is impacting my ability to respond to clients and access essential information. Although I have received an "issue number" ([redacted]45) from Microsoft, I am still awaiting further communication from them on the status of my account recovery. I would appreciate any help or guidance on this matter.

I recently traveled to Europe from July 6th to July 26th and used my cellphone and iPad to access my Hotmail account. Unfortunately, my account was frozen by your security team suspecting unauthorized access. Despite multiple attempts, including today, to regain access, the automated system keeps denying my requests. I've relied on this account for business for nearly two decades, missing important emails since July 6th and potentially losing out on lucrative opportunities totaling over $[redacted]. Not recollecting previous passwords, I've changed them as per your security guidelines in the past. The longer I remain locked out of my Hotmail account ([redacted]), the more I risk losing financially and missing crucial communications and billing reminders. I urgently need assistance in resetting my password to avoid further disruptions to my work and finances. I am open to discussing this matter further and providing any necessary information to verify my identity. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dan Wathen

Subject: Need Help Recovering Old Email Account I am reaching out because I am having trouble recovering my old email account, which I created about 15 years ago. The email address is [redacted] I have tried the password recovery process, but I intentionally provided slightly inaccurate information to protect my account. Due to some memory issues, I am having trouble recalling the exact details I used. I remember some accurate information now, but I am facing challenges with the account recovery form as it requires precise data. I can provide my name, a possible postal code, secret answers, and some other details to verify my identity. It is important to me to regain access to this account promptly. If you see any suspicious activity on the account, it might have been compromised. My previous emergency contact email was [redacted] I am providing as much relevant information as I can recall to facilitate the verification process without using the standard form. Despite not having a social life, I value your assistance in this matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention and support. JC

I recently changed my account password using the linked email address. Consequently, my account got suspended as I don't have a cellphone to receive text messages for the required verification code. Despite reaching out to tech support for assistance, I was unable to resolve this issue. I find it perplexing that a cellphone is now mandatory for a Microsoft account. I request either to send the verification code to my email linked to the account or to reinstate my account since it should not have been suspended initially. The account is under the name Gary S. and the email address associated with it is [redacted]

I encountered an issue with my Xbox after a thunderstorm disrupted power a few weeks ago. When I restored power, I was prompted to enter a password for my account, which I haven't done since I first set up the Xbox four years ago. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the associated email ([redacted]) and have forgotten the password and phone number linked to it. My current email is [redacted], and I'd appreciate assistance in updating it along with my phone number to [redacted]. If possible, please change the password to joseph31. Kindly reach out to me via call or text at your earliest convenience. I can provide any necessary information regarding my account and my most recent purchase, which I believe was on Fortnite. Thank you for your help.

On 8/5/[redacted], I encountered issues redeeming a $30 Amazon Digital Xbox One gift card. Despite multiple chat sessions with Microsoft representatives, the situation remains unresolved. I did not initiate a security check on my email, but one is now active on it ([redacted]) and I seem to be stuck in a security loop. I'm unable to access the login page due to the recurring security prompt, and my alternate email is on Hotmail, making it inaccessible for receiving a code to bypass the security check. Kindly reset my account so that I can regain access to my email. I have been using this account since [redacted] and have never encountered this problem in the past.

I recently traveled to Nigeria from the US on July 19th, and since then, I have been unable to access my email account [redacted] Despite submitting various account verification forms to Microsoft, I have not been successful in regaining access. The responses I received indicated that the information provided was insufficient to verify my identity. Some questions asked during the verification process pertain to a purchase I made from Microsoft using a card three or four years ago, details which I find challenging to provide as it has been a while and I may no longer have the card. I urgently need access to my account as I am in Nigeria for over two and a half weeks with crucial information in the account necessary to avoid financial issues upon my return to the US. I am seeking assistance from Microsoft to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I am unable to access my Outlook Hotmail account as Microsoft has blocked it pending identity verification. Despite following all required procedures, I cannot progress beyond receiving security codes sent to my backup email. My numerous attempts to answer security questions have been futile. The account holds 15 years' worth of invaluable information that I fear losing. Seeking direct communication with a human representative from Microsoft seems impossible. Is there any hope for unlocking my account, or must I accept losing access to my emails permanently? The lack of high-level customer support at Microsoft is disappointing. I am frustrated by the ongoing circular process and the inadequate assistance. I am considering contacting my MP to address this issue of poor accountability within the company.

I believe that Leslie Green's account, [redacted], has been hacked or compromised. Despite multiple attempts to recover it, my son and I have not received any response from Microsoft/Hotmail support since Sunday 8/5/18. The recovery options provided include invalid email addresses and phone numbers we do not recognize. It is crucial to regain access to the account as we have sensitive IRS and personal information at risk. The login from an IP address in Lamar, CO (where we do not reside) indicates unauthorized access. Please restore this account promptly and contact us at [redacted] or [redacted] (home) / [redacted] (cell) for verification. Thank you.

I am unable to regain access to my suspended account. The automated system is requesting additional information for account recovery, but I am unable to provide it. This account is new and has not been used extensively. I established it for job applications on various platforms, namely ZipRecruiter. When I attempt to retrieve a verification code through text as per the recovery process, I encounter an error indicating the service is currently unavailable.

I am having trouble accessing my account as it is claiming that someone else is using it, but I have no idea how this could have happened. This has caused me to be locked out of various services using this email. I am unable to log in to my YouTube account because I have forgotten the password and cannot reset it without access to my Hotmail account. The situation is very frustrating as I have been using this email since I was young and now I am completely locked out. I am struggling to answer the verification questions correctly to regain access. Additionally, I am unable to sign into my Facebook account as the password reset verification is being sent to my inaccessible email. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with resolving this matter.

Since the Windows 10 update, I have been trying to activate Windows without success. I kept getting an error stating that the KMS could not be contacted. Upon my recent attempt, I discovered that the issue was related to having Windows 10 Enterprise. I must confess that someone installed it for me four years ago when I was building my computer. I did not suspect anything was amiss since I did not receive any notifications about the copy not being genuine. I thought multiple computers could share the same product key. Although I purchased Windows 7 Pro when I bought the hardware, I did not use it for the reason mentioned earlier. I have tried to enter the product key through slui 3 and command prompt, but it could not be verified. I am concerned that performing a clean install for Windows 7 may not work, or I might not be able to use the product key from a purchased Windows 10 Home download.
