Online PDF file printing from Microsoft's Edge ... Reporting an online printing issue regarding the latest Windows ** update. Note HP Photosmart **** Series (USB) printer drivers are up to date and will print from installed programs* internal HP printer tests are good.**Seems when attempting to print online .pdf billing statements or news articles, the printer needs to be configured in HP Series wireless mode. I won't go there because it causes other computing issues in addition to certain security risks.**Running other HP Photosmart **** tests in USB mode HP reports there's an incompatibility issue? There was no online printing issues previous to this latest Windows ** update installation several days ago.**However, migrating over to Google, online .pdf files can print there. Perhaps this solution will temporarily bring resolve until the latest Windows ** printing issue can be fixed when signed into Edge online and my MSN account?**Meanwhile, patience will work. Thank you for lending an ear.

MS Customer since the beginning . . .
Fix number one is go to Chrome, pull up the .pdf file, and print it out within Google.*Fix number two is update Adobe Acrobat, make the Acrobat file reader your default, then return to Edge pull up the desired PDF file and save it to disk using the 'Save As' command. Exit Edge, go to the file menu where the specific PDF file folder is located, pull up the file and then print it out using Acrobat's file reader. Or, log directly into Acrobat and find the desired PDF file. It be will be there for you. Print it! That'll work.

MS Tech Support provided "Driver Support" utility downloaded and installed. Computer scan and the resultant evaluation indicated * drivers were out of date. Driver Support Utility now installed on computer and will monitor future progression alerting customer when required driver updates become available. New driver instllation was successfull. Customer logged into eBilling service providers and the subsquent billing .pdf file print out was excellent in HP (Photosmart **** Series) mode. Thank you one and all - Success, progress as well, was had and made complete this day . . . Monday, July *, **** at **** hours.
