To recover your account, use your email address to reset your password but be sure you have the spelling correct. The best thing you can do is try to reset the password by clicking "Forgot Password" under the login then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

My son's XBOX Live Gold subscription is good through Feb ****. However, he said it stopped working and my husband allowed him to get a monthly subscription just until l I could contact you. Now only the monthly is showing up on our account. We do not want the monthly since we should still have an active subscription until Feb ****. I want to talk to a person on the phone
