OK, I sent the "new form" to recover my acct *****@***.com again. It was hard to do as it Is a very new acct just created and I have not had much chance to use it. I normally use *****@***.com for all email, but a few weeks ago I set up *****@***.com and was just starting to get into it, when my pc acted up and the only solution was to do a recovery point. I did that, but the *****@***.com acct was not found, so I created a new acct. *****@***.com. That is the acct I am hoping you can find and allow me to use again. I assume the other outlook acct is dead. *It seems every time I try any acct with Microsoft I end up confused and bewildered and they never have my password and I always have to create a new one and yet I keep records of them all. I have passwords for so many Microsoft accts its nuts. Why can't we just have one acct for all your services. it gets so confusing. If I try to access Office, or the cloud or Outlook, or Microsoft acct. they all have different passwords and your system ask for Microsoft password even if I'm trying to access outlook. I'm so confused its getting to the point now where I'm just going to drop it.
