On the night of Wednesday, May 23, [redacted], an update ran on my two computers. The following morning, they both got stuck at the "choose your keyboard layout" screen. After contacting support, I attempted to boot up using a program on a flash drive and a Windows 10 recovery disk, but unfortunately, neither solution worked. The support team mentioned a fix would be available by May 25, [redacted], but to date, no resolution has been provided. The option to visit a Microsoft store exists, but the nearest one is a 3-1/2-hour drive away. I urgently need both computers operational and I am unsure of the next steps to take. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Reference Number: [redacted] Thank you. - Bruce N. Phone: [redacted]

I recently experienced a problem while updating my Windows 10, leading to a system crash. I had to take my laptop to an electronics store in Stockholm for service, where they reinstalled Windows 10. Since then, my laptop has been acting strangely. The touchpad is overly sensitive, showing unknown arrows on my photos, and the computer now runs slower. I've heard others faced similar issues, and it's frustrating. It seems the recent Windows 10 update caused these problems. Getting technical support in Sweden is costly, and I feel it's unfair to pay for issues caused by the update. The reinstalled Windows 10 lacks the smooth user experience I had before. I'm considering seeking a refund for the technical service expenses.

Hello, I am reaching out about a problem I am having with my USB Blue Snowball microphone. I am using Windows 10 and it is up to date. I attempted to record my voice but the microphone is not being detected by Windows 10. I have tried updating the drivers with no success. I also attempted to delete and reinstall the drivers, but that did not resolve the issue. I am frustrated with the constant driver issues on Windows and would appreciate a prompt solution to this problem.

I am facing an issue with my Microsoft account. There is an incorrect email address linked to it, "[redacted]" instead of my correct email "[redacted]" This error is preventing me from using my actual email. I believe I mistakenly entered it in the past. I receive a message that my real email is already in use, though it's me using it. To resolve this ongoing problem, I kindly request that you remove the incorrect email address from my account history and usage. Once this is done, I should be able to proceed with syncing my phone to my PC without any further difficulties. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Dr. MP Everson.

During a recent Windows 10 automatic update (Feature Update version [redacted]), the update failed due to an incompatible program, "AVIRA Antivirus," which needed to be removed for the update to complete. Windows advised removing the program manually. Despite checking my installed programs and attempting to uninstall using the AVIRA Antivirus uninstall program, I couldn't find or delete the software. I am seeking urgent Microsoft Tech assistance to help me locate and remove this program. Any guidance on effectively eliminating "AVIRA Antivirus" would be greatly appreciated.

Over 3 weeks ago, my Microsoft account was blocked due to suspected outside interference. Despite trying various suggested websites, I couldn't find a solution as they didn't address my specific issue, which includes forgetting my password. Unfortunately, the site I found was unsuccessful in resolving my problem. Every time I follow the process to reset my password and I'm informed that it has been approved, I still can't sign in. Without access to my email account, trying to set up a new one has also been unsuccessful. I would appreciate a phone call to assist me, as my phone number is [redacted] (accepting voice messages only). Please refrain from suggesting Just Answer, as I prefer not to pay for a service Microsoft's actions caused.

I recently set up an email account for my new computer, but unfortunately, I've forgotten the password. This is a new email account created less than a week ago, and I can't access it to complete the verification process requested by the system. I've provided my contact information and other email addresses associated with my name. I've been struggling with this issue for a week now. Please assist me in resetting the password for the email account or guide me on how to change the email associated with my computer. I'm finding it challenging to navigate this process and would appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

I keep receiving the following email: Hello, I have been unable to charge the credit/debit card for my subscription for Office [redacted] Home. To avoid any service interruptions, I need to update my payment information. Note that debit cards cannot be used for monthly subscription payments in India. I am being asked to sign in to my Microsoft account - Billing to update the payment options and prevent any service disruptions. If this issue is not addressed, my other Microsoft services using the same card may also be affected. Please confirm if this email from the Microsoft Office Team is legitimate or a possible scam. Thank you.

Dear Sir, I would like to raise the issue of unauthorized credit card charges once more. The disturbances caused are concerning. Despite contacting customer care weeks ago, the matter remains unresolved. Microsoft's team blocked my card, yet the issue persists. Support confirmed I did not authorize the charges and I seek refunds for the fraudulent transactions. It is crucial for companies to safeguard registered accounts to prevent financial harm. The fraudulent transactions in question are as follows: - 01.03 (March 1, [redacted]): Microsoft X Box Game PA MS BILL. Hello, I have been attempting to resolve issues with my OneDrive account since March [redacted]. Online chat support has been challenging and confusing for both parties. Could we please communicate via email to clarify the situation? The problems I am facing are: 1. I have two OneDrive accounts: [redacted] and [redacted] 2. I purchased Word [redacted] (between Jan and March [redacted]) under the email [redacted] This is my only OneDrive linked to Word [redacted] and extra storage. 3. Despite multiple attempts since March [redacted], I have been unsuccessful in canceling my [redacted] OneDrive account. I was assured by Microsoft that it was canceled, yet I continue to be billed $1.99 monthly. I request the complete cancellation of the wjosephc OneDrive account and a refund of the $1.99 charges for April, May, and June [redacted]. Additionally, I am uncertain about a $[redacted] refund to my bank account via my debit card. I hope to hear from you soon. Kindly assign one dedicated representative for continuity. Thank you.

I received a message on my computer alerting me to an infection with pornographic spyware and urging me to call [redacted] immediately. The individual on the phone claimed that my Windows security subscription had expired and I needed to update it by providing my credit card information. They instructed me to press the window key and the R key simultaneously, open a box, and navigate to iexplore www.fastsupport.com. After running scans and cleaners remotely, my computer now appears to be functioning properly. However, I noticed new icons for the malware remover and PC cleaner, along with a persistent phone number for Quick Fix Services (1-[redacted]). I am unsure if this is a legitimate service or if I have been scammed.

I would like to address the issues I have been experiencing with my Dell Inspiron. After booting it on Saturday, 6/9/18, I noticed it was running extremely slow. Both Edge and Google Chrome were moving at a snail's pace, unlike before. I received remote assistance from a technician named Yash, who partially resolved one issue. Despite promises of a supervisor calling back within 30 minutes, no one did. I reached out on Monday, and a Level II technician named Baltreen gave me a case number. Although a technician called at 10 a.m., only one issue was fixed. I am still facing slow browsers and I have not received the promised email with instructions. Having to go through a third party is frustrating, and I hope this communication reaches someone at Microsoft for a resolution. My name is Milton Binns, and I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for addressing these issues. MB.

I have experienced six hacks on my computer in the past 8 months. Despite reaching out for assistance multiple times and calling several "24/7" numbers, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. Microsoft has not taken my situation seriously, which has resulted in the compromise of my personal files, including those containing my address. This has caused significant distress and worsened my disability. I have diligently tried to contact the appropriate support lines, including the 24-hour disability number, to no avail. The lack of response and accountability on Microsoft's part is unacceptable. I urge for a prompt resolution to this ongoing security breach.

Hello, my name is Emily R. I am trying to regain access to my Microsoft email account linked to my Xbox Live Account. Despite multiple attempts with the Account Recovery and Password Recovery Forms, I've been unsuccessful. For the last 5-6 months, Microsoft Xbox Live has been charging $19 monthly from my card, emphasizing the need for account access to seek refunds. However, my efforts have been hindered as the email has been inaccessible for about a year due to suspicions of unauthorized access. Upon login, I'm greeted with a message indicating potential unauthorized use, preventing me from accessing the account. I am unable to recall the birthday associated with the account, and the email is also linked to my Apple Account. I seek assistance in recovering or permanently closing the email account.

I recently bought a genuine Office [redacted] from an authorized reseller, installed it on my computer, and activated the license. Office acknowledged the activation, but now when I try to use Word for urgent work, I am disrupted by an error saying the license number cannot be found. This issue is frustrating, especially after having a KMS license for Office [redacted] invalidated, which led me to purchase this new copy. I need this resolved as a loyal customer. Please communicate via email as I do not text. You have my email address. Thank you.

Yesterday, on 6/24/28, when I was online, I suddenly lost control of my keyboard. I was alarmed to see my banking information and Amazon account flashing on the screen and a number prompting me to call someone claiming to be Microsoft. Feeling worried about my bank account's security, I called and was directed to Virtual Solutions, who claimed to be affiliated with Microsoft. Regrettably, I ended up being scammed out of $[redacted].99 through an e-check payment. I'm currently taking steps to halt the payment, as I was uneasy about the services provided and the charges incurred. Today, on 6/25/18, I investigated Microsoft further and found phone numbers 1-[redacted] and 1-[redacted]. When I called, they reassured me that they were Microsoft representatives, using convincing details and Microsoft branding. I'm seeking clarification on whether I fell victim to a scam and advice on how to address this situation.

I am having trouble logging into my Microsoft Xbox profile as I need to change my email address. My Yahoo email is not letting me access my account, although it has been over nine years since I used Xbox. I tried the recovery option, but it is sending a code to an old phone number that is no longer in use. Yahoo seems to be unavailable for tech support. I used my professional email, [redacted], when I worked as a pharmacy technician, but now I just want to use my original Xbox ID, KoldH2O, that my friends and clan members know me by. My old Yahoo account was [redacted], but I switched to [redacted] I would appreciate any assistance in getting my old Xbox name back, as I don't want to switch to PlayStation after so many years. Thank you. Demetris G.

I’m concerned that I might have encountered a scam or a hacking attempt. A pop-up message warned me of a potential hacking incident and provided a phone number, 1-[redacted], to contact "IT Services," claiming to be licensed to assist with Microsoft issues. I interacted with a person named "Mike Ross" who remotely accessed my computer to check for hacking indicators. Despite my suspicion, towards the end of the session, he suggested purchasing future software protection at specified prices. I already have adequate and updated security software, leading me to suspect a scam or hacking attempt. To be cautious, I restored my computer to an earlier state and informed two financial institutions where I conduct online transactions. I seek advice on whether I might have fallen victim to a scam or hacking scheme. Thank you.
