The issue in GetHuman-pepsireg's own words
My husband added me to his account as an adult family member, but when trying to accept his invitation, your system assumes I am a child and need a parent to sign in. When I try to submit proof of age in any other way except a credit card, I am sent right back to attempting to sign in and needing a parent to sign me in. I tried the parent sign in with my husband's info and it does not work either. I spent over an hour on the phone with tech support - over ** minutes on hold, then over ** minutes with Earvin in the Philippeans, case *********** - walked through the process multiple times, to no avail. Attempted to wait on hold for a supervisor named Marvin and finally hung up after I had been on the phone for *hr, **mins, **sec. Earvin had never heard of this problem before and tried to talk me into using a credit card. Told him my husband already did, and don't tell me about it going to some charity! I found other complaints of this online. Someone needs to fix this or everyone needs to buy a different brand system!!! We want to plug in the sytem and play a freaking game, without having to spend hours trying to set the stupid thing up!
