My Windows ** laptop had * ATT e-mail accounts: business and personal The personal quit receiving messages and the sync icon responded that something needed to be changed in password or settings. I spent * hours on phone with ATT and password resets did not resolve the problem. We went into settings and found my personal account needed attention. Password resets there did not help. ATT had me delete the account and when we tried to replace it, we were unable to do so. ATT said I had to contact Microsoft.
