to return the Microsoft Surface because it's not compatible for my work mobilikey ... I have purchased a Microsoft Surface on June * and got it delivered on June **th. I was required to purchase a laptop in order to be able to work from home. However, the receive our mobilikey to access work from home, took over * months to get. By the time our IT was able to install my personal settings on my laptop, this is when he told me that my Microsoft surface does not support my mobilikey to work from home and would need to get another laptop. I spent over $**** plus tax on this laptop and cannot even use it. The return policy for Microsoft for ** days is unacceptable, and have been looking for weeks to find a phone number so I can speak to a live representative about my issue, only to get the runaround on the Microsoft website. I need to know if I can speak to someone and try to get the return approved. I am very deeply disappointed so far with Microsoft.**I finally found a phone number and the representative told me, its ** days for a refund and because i'm outside of the refund period there is absolutely nothing they can do. I told them it was poor customer service, given the runaround on their website with no contact phone numbers to speak to a live person and then purchasing a laptop and being told it's not compatible at all, a huge expense that I'm stuck with and will never use. I asked to speak to a manager, he did not want to. I told him it was my right, he placed me on hold and came back saying the manager said the same thing, ** days, in other words, too bad. I asked him to escalate the case so I can speak to the manager. He told me the outcome will be the same. I am so pissed with Microsoft. I will never buy from them ever again!!!
