I can't see my inbox, what's sent etc. I can only see approx. *** of my screen, so its impossible to see what is sent or I have sent.* I have a message that is important but I cannot see most of it.* I called the Microsoft phone number but was not put through to an agent to help correct this. Very annoying and disturbing I cannot talk to a live person! If you send me a message I can't read most of it anyways!!
GetHuman-awonwith did not yet indicate what Microsoft (Canada) should do to make this right.
