Had to repair MS Office and now the reactivation code entered give a message it has already been used. ... We have an older computer that is soon to be replaced. The MS Office products were not responding, so a fix was done to repair it. The card with the activation code (from **-** -**) was kept in a packet from the date the computer was set up. I get a message that this activation code has already been used and can not be used again. This Office needs to be reactivated so it can be used until the replacement computer and newer office is ready for deployment.**I already know that I can't apparently use the activation code at the present time. If I have the activation service on the line while at the computer where it needs to be re-activated, will product support be able to assist me in getting past the message*warning that this activation code has already been used? It's the same computer and software, there was just a repair done on Office.
This is the original computer this Office license was purchased for and it has not been used on any other computer.
Somehow, make it possible to reactivate MS Office on this computer. The activation code should work because it is the same computer.
Not much else to try when you have an activation code on a card, and entering it doesn't work.
