Hello, I am looking to update the liquor prices on our POS MICROS e7 system to accommodate cost variations for specialty drinks. This would enable customers to choose cheaper liquor options over more expensive ones. For instance, we would like to adjust the prices for margarita modifications. I need technical support to remotely access our back-office screen and guide us through the process for one specialty drink. This will help us understand and replicate the task for all drinks independently in the future. Thank you for your assistance.

At Gautier Sonic on Highway 90, I've observed unfair treatment. Nikkie, who seems to have favoritism as she is involved with Frank, acts like a manager without being one. She gives orders and behaves inappropriately. Despite Frank's direction that only staff on duty should be at the store, Nikkie comes in whenever she likes, trying to take charge. There are kids playing around, affecting service quality, resulting in cold food for me during my frequent morning visits. The rude carhop, Nikkie, hands me food and states the price abruptly with little regard for customer service.

I was a previous Micros Client, but due to a franchise agreement, I had to switch to a new POS system. I assumed I could access my historical sales data on the computer Micros was installed on. Unfortunately, I am unable to retrieve this information as it requires logging into a Micros account, which I no longer have. I need assistance on how to obtain my [redacted] sales and tax records as I am working with the state Dept of Revenue and they are claiming I have outstanding months. Having access to this data will help me either confirm my compliance or address any discrepancies. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

During the previous manager's tenure of four years, suspicions arose regarding theft utilizing the micros system. It is suspected that manual alterations to the micros system, such as changing net pay or adding percentages to server printouts, were used for the theft. As the new manager, tasked with uncovering the extent of the misdeeds, discrepancies in checks and printouts have been noted. Repeated charges for tips, missing names on charges, and consistent zeros in the tips to declare section have raised concerns. Assistance in understanding the situation is requested as others may not be aware of these irregularities.
