I have not been able to get my second * certifications paid. They read additional claim required. My first certification I realized that even though our hours were reduced I worked too many hours to get paid. I have filed additional claims. I was paid for the next two claims. My *th certification reads non-monetary issue. I think this is because I had to use PTO time to take my ** year old mother to a doctor appt so I had to leave * hours early to do so. I cannot get through to anyone via phone, contact and agent or email unemployment. I have reached out to our state representative but I ask for you to please help me. My claim number is C*******-* My pending additional claim * is *-***-***-***. last * digits of ssi is **** and DOB is ********. I am a health care work at Bronson Hospital with reduced hours due to covid
