I can't get through on-line, past the ss and birthday page - it says that my account is locked, and I need to call ***-***-****. One of two things happens to me: *- I call and get a automated response, saying "press * for English, * for Spanish and * for hearing impaired" - I press *, it doesn't acknowledge I pressed anything, and goes through the prompts all again. Does this *x, and then hangs up on me. *- Second, I call and it says, "If you are filing a claim on line, please press *." I press *. then it says "all of our agents are busy, you can file your claim easy and convenient on-line." then i just hangs up on me. *I just want to talk to someone - I want to find out why my account is LOCKED. I haven't done anything that wasn't asked of me. I can't reach anyone. Please, I just want to finish completely the needed work on line so I can file my claim. Thank you!!
