I received a smart watch as a gift, but within a few months, the back came off when I removed it from the charger. Customer service replaced it once, but the same issue recurred later. The back came off again and got stuck to the charger. So, I went to a store and had it replaced, but I really would prefer a refund for the watch. They provided me with another one, which is still in unopened packaging. Can I return this new one for a refund? Thank you.

On July 13, [redacted], I visited the Michael Kors outlet at Citadel to return/exchange a bag that was given to me as a gift. I had the gift receipt indicating a 30-day return or exchange policy. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was informed that I could only exchange the item, not return it. Since I couldn't find something else I liked, I requested store credit for a future visit, which was denied due to the item being final sale, despite the information on the gift receipt. Frustrated, I expressed my disappointment with the service and decided to leave the store. As I was leaving, the manager named Loli followed me and threatened to report my friend's account to corporate. This experience left me feeling angry and disappointed with the service provided by Michael Kors at Citadel.

Dear MK Customer Service Team, I am reaching out regarding a handbag I purchased at your Emirates Mall store in Dubai back in December [redacted] for my partner. Unfortunately, circumstances have changed, and the bag, still in its original packaging with tags and receipt, was never used due to our separation. Could you please assist me with a refund for this item? Additionally, I believe the bag may be larger than what she had desired. I have attached photos for your reference. I have always appreciated the excellent customer service from MK and hope for a positive resolution in this matter. Best regards, Teepo A.

Hello, To whom it may concern, I recently reviewed your purse/handbag policy and noted that it includes a one-year guarantee after purchase. I particularly enjoy using Michael Kors tote bags, primarily as my college book bag. I am not seeking a refund or compensation, but I wanted to suggest that the manufacturer consider integrating nylon shoulder straps. The straps on both of my bags have frayed significantly. While my [redacted] gift from my children has endured the weight of my books, the straps began fraying towards the end of [redacted], similar to my previous bag. Instead of purchasing a new bag, I plan to visit a shoe/luggage repair shop to address the strap issue. I wanted to provide this feedback directly to customer service to highlight the excellent quality of the bags, despite this particular issue. Regards, Wanda G.

I reached out to Maggie on September 1, [redacted], at 3:24 pm regarding a sweater I purchased at Macy's about two years ago. Despite my efforts to make it work, the sweater's seams are crooked and were not sewn correctly, which I only noticed when I tried to wear it again. I am not seeking a refund but simply wish to exchange the item due to the defective workmanship. I have taken pictures of the white sweater clearly showing the issue, and I am emailing them to [redacted] for your review. Although Maggie mentioned there is no warranty, I believe the flaw lies in the manufacturing as opposed to any damage on my part. As both a loyal customer and someone who appreciates the quality of MK products, I hope for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I bought two large bags and two wallets at the Estero, Florida outlet store on September 1, [redacted]. We were informed of a one-year warranty and told to return the bags to the store. Upon unpacking at home, we discovered the bags were missing storage bags and one large purse was smeared with black marks. Upon returning the next morning, we were only offered store credit as a refund. As a retail manager, I value customer satisfaction and understand policies, however, I was disappointed by the lack of effort to resolve the issue. The staff member's explanation about damaging out the bag and attempting to clean it for resale was unsatisfactory. This experience has led myself, my mother, and mother-in-law, who are loyal Michael Kors customers, to reconsider future purchases. The poor customer service has tarnished the brand in our eyes.

Last Sunday, I visited the Michael Kors store at the Grove to return a pair of sunglasses I had bought the previous week. Upon entering, no one greeted us initially, but eventually, someone asked if I needed assistance. I explained about the sunglasses and mentioned that I didn't have the receipt but had paid with my card. The staff member took the sunglasses and asked me to wait. After a short while, the manager approached me and stated rather rudely that they couldn't assist me because they didn't retain credit card records. When I inquired if I could receive a store credit instead, she brusquely replied that nothing could be done. I typically have pleasant experiences shopping at the Grove and being warmly greeted. However, the service I encountered last Sunday was far from satisfactory. I had intended to purchase a backpack for my daughter, but due to the disappointing treatment, I left without making any further purchases. Despite my attempts to contact customer service, I have been unable to reach anyone. I recently found my receipt and will return the sunglasses, but I won't be revisiting the store at the Grove after this negative experience.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a manager at the MICHAEL KORS store in Birch Run, Michigan. Despite making a purchase, he ignored my comments, acting as if I wasn't there. In contrast, the Coach store staff greeted me warmly, provided information on their sales, and wrapped my purchases nicely with a smile. The comparison between the two experiences has left me reconsidering my loyalty to MICHAEL KORS. The service at Coach was attentive and made me feel valued as a customer, unlike the experience at MICHAEL KORS. As a frequent shopper, I believe good service is essential to the shopping experience. It seems like Coach may be getting my business going forward.

Hello, I recently came back to Australia from Europe. I adore your sneakers and purchased my first pair in Paris back in [redacted]. Unfortunately, the limited styles in Melbourne led me to buy a pair in Florence, Italy, and another pair in Paris, France. After returning to Melbourne, I wore both pairs and experienced swelling and pain in my feet. Even when I wore a pair indoors while working, the discomfort was unbearable. This is quite disappointing as I was very pleased with my first pair which I still wear. I am now left with two beautiful pairs of brand new sneakers that are causing me trouble. I would greatly appreciate any advice or assistance on this matter. Thank you in advance for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Tania

I purchased a Michael Kors purse with code number 34F9GJ6D1L from your Covent Garden store on 26/09/19 at 4:55 pm. Unfortunately, upon inspecting the purse at home, I discovered a slight flaw in the leather on the back of the purse. I have attached a photo for reference. Since I am unable to return to the store due to not being in the area anymore, I am reaching out to inquire if there is any possible assistance or resolution that could be provided regarding this issue. Thank you.

I bought a Michael Kors bag with Order ID: GE[redacted]09GB on 02/10/[redacted]. Unfortunately, it was mistakenly sent to 20 Marvell Road instead of 26 Marvell Road, both in Wetherill Park, as stated on the package. The residents at the wrong address signed for it and opened the box. This has left me doubting if the bag inside is indeed the original Michael Kors one I purchased. I need a replacement urgently as this bag was meant as a gift. I expect it to be delivered within the next 48 hours, given the error and situation caused by the delivery mix-up.

I purchased a smartwatch in New York on June 6, [redacted], at the original price of $[redacted]. However, I got it at a discounted rate for $[redacted], including tax. I wore it right away as I needed it for my flight to Mumbai, India. It worked well initially, but after a few days, it wouldn't charge even after leaving it overnight. I visited a nearby service center, a reputable showroom, and sent them the invoice. After 40 days, they informed me that the watch couldn't be repaired and offered a replacement with a credit note. On October 13, I returned to the store and selected another watch, but they asked for an extra [redacted] rupees. I had already paid $[redacted], equivalent to about [redacted] rupees. I don't understand why I need to pay more for a replacement. I ended up paying an additional [redacted] rupees for the new watch, which seems excessive. I seek clarification on the company's policy regarding replacements and extra charges, especially considering I bought the original watch at a discounted price. I would appreciate a satisfactory explanation.

After diligently saving up to splurge on a Michael Kors watch, I visited the Michael Kors store at Orlando Premium Outlets. Picking out a watch, I had it sized to fit my wrist and made the purchase for $[redacted].75. Unfortunately, I later discovered a similar watch for a significantly lower price in a nearby store. Feeling disappointed, I returned to the Michael Kors store to explain the situation to a staff member, who then involved a manager. Despite expressing my frustration at the price difference and my loyalty to the brand with previous purchases, the manager cited a policy preventing returns on sized items. I believe Michael Kors could have handled the situation better by reselling the watch, considering it was newly purchased and untouched, or using it as a display model due to its popularity. I am hopeful for a resolution that allows me to receive a refund and purchase the watch elsewhere.

Hello, I attempted to buy a bag recently and although the purchase did not go through, my card was still charged over $[redacted]. I spoke with a representative via the "KorsVIP" chat two days ago, and they mentioned it was a temporary order hold that would be lifted in a few days. However, the charge has not been removed yet. How much longer should I expect to wait for my refund?

Hello Michael Kors Customer Service, I am seeking assistance regarding a recent gift from my sister-in-law who visited me from the UK. She gave me a 50ml bottle of Michael Kors (original) perfume, purchased in the UK, as she knows it's my favorite. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with the bottle's spray mechanism. When I try to spray it, only a small amount comes out onto my skin while the rest runs down the bottle. This is distressing as it seems like a waste of perfume. I am unable to return it to the UK shop and have not told my sister-in-law about the problem. What steps do you suggest I take in this situation? I eagerly await your response. Thank you. Regards, G. T.

Hello, I am reaching out about my order number WA[redacted]2 placed on December 1st. I unexpectedly need to travel to India on December 7th and won't be at the address for the delivery. Can you please ensure the package arrives by the morning of the 7th? If not, I would like to provide an alternative address for delivery. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

I bought a Michael Kors watch with a lucite band three years ago. I've only worn it three times because the band keeps breaking. I had it repaired twice, but it keeps falling apart. I'm wondering if there's a way to fix the band so it stays intact, or if it can be replaced with a sturdier one. My friend has a similar watch and hasn't had any issues. Her watch is a year older with no problems. The watch serial number is MK-[redacted]. Carol C. [redacted] [redacted]

I visited your US store last week and purchased a pair of shoes. I had insufficient funds on my Monzo card, so the transaction was declined. I then used my sister's card to pay in full. However, upon returning to the hotel, I discovered that I was charged £[redacted].88. After visiting the store again, I was informed the amount should be refunded in a few days. It has been a week now, and the refund has not appeared. I contacted Monzo, and they mentioned that the claim is still pending from your company. As a result, I have paid nearly double for the shoes. Can I expect the refund to be processed soon?

I recently made a purchase at the store in Seiverville and unfortunately part of my order was left out of my shopping bag. Despite calling the store 17 times during business hours today, I was only able to leave a message twice and have not received a call back. I typically visit the store a few times a year and this is the first time I've encountered this issue. On this visit, I bought 2 purses and a wallet. I usually don't check my bags before leaving, but I will make sure to do so in the future.
