I went into the store to purchase a pair of shoes. Since my size was unavailable, they offered to order it online and ship to me. They said they couldn’t use the register and had to use an iPad. The cashier said it w as new and she wasn’t sure why it said error each time but she assured me it wasn’t actually charging my card. The next morning, I check my statement and the charge was duplicated * times. I’ve called numerous times, visited the store, called customer service, and I only get the run around. They don’t call you back and seem to not care. Any advice would be appreciated.
