I was told that Michael Kors only replaces the handbag if it is defective & it IS defective!!! I’d say that torn up lini g is defective for a designer bag!!! *I have * others & they are all perfect as new. I hav other defogger bags as well only to say that I don’t use same bag daily! * They sent me a list of information that was necessary to go into store where purchased with receipt from my checking account but their list was longer than buying my house!?*All I wanted was an exchange!!!! I told Randall from corporate that if the one I chose cost more of course, I’d pay the difference . *It’s been a year now ... please if you can offer suggestions.*Thank you
