Hi! Paid my Globe postpaid account using my Metrobank debit card but didn't get a receipt from Globe. I checked my account using my metrobank app and it shows there that my balance was reduced with the amount I paid for globe. I contacted Globe because my line is still not reconnecting and they said they needed to have the receipt (even though they haven't given me one) in order for them to reconnect my line. They said I need to contact my bank about this coz they haven't got the payment.
GetHuman2153517 did not yet indicate what Metrobank should do to make this right.
