I was trying to tell them to stop this Card Protect *.They said it was a card insurance. ... I have been sending letters to Metrobank but there was no action or response from your office.I asked you to stop this CARD PROTECT.lt is of no use to me anymore.lnstead of paying this Card Protect.l want the money paid to this, be deducted to my outstanding balance so l can finished paying my outstanding balance.I am not using your card anymore so l don't need this Card Protect anymore.It only burdens me.Thank you if you can stop this immediately because l am planning to make a letter of complaint if still nothing happens. This was especially frustrating because when they asked me to have a card insurance they just called me and it was done.Now that l want them to stop it l have to write a letter for the stoppage which l have done already.
I want them to stop this Card Protect * so that l can finish paying my balance with you.
I have been a loyal customer with good standing for almost * years already.
I went to your main office but nothing happened.l even went to your Lagro branch
