Good evening!**Hello, I've been emailing your Metrobank costumer account since last week but their only reply was they already passed by concern to my branch. Unluckily, I was not able to recieve any email regarding the status of my concern. My main concern here is that I cannot open my online banking account and it was locked due to repeatedly inputting wrong password which I forgot. All I want to is to retrieve my online account so that I could transfer money. I am here in Vietnam as of the moment. I can't visit the bank personally. Hope you can help me with this. Or can I have contact number so that I can talk to your customer service from here in Vietnam? Thank you! I'll wait for further information about this concern.
