I would like to close my Metrobank account. I am not using it anymore and still I keep on receiving letters saying that I need to pay the annual fee, even though I'm not using my Metrobank account. It's been * years or more that I am paying this annual fee. And just to clarify I am not using my metrobank account. I try to contact you but the line was always busy. I hope that you wil take actions on this immediately. Thank you.
