After finally being fed up with boost Mobile and being screwed over for the last time I finally decided enough was enough and went into metro to switch my carrier to take advantage of the awesome deal for switching service... And getting a great phone for free for doing so.**I made sure to take the time to fully explain my situation and issues and also told the sales person that I DID NOT WANT TO PORT MY NUMBER bc I have been getting ** spam*scam calls a day depsite having paid extra for call screener blocker, and that I ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT AFFORD to pay ANYMORE THEN THE $** FOR SERVICE AND ACTIVATION. **Sales rep assured me MULTIPLE TIMES there were no other hidden fees and the phone would be ***% free and that after the $** I would then only owe $** a month for unlimited every month thereafter. I told her I'd rather pay the $** unlimited and she said it wasn't unlimited and was only for **gb I told her that was fine I would never use that anyways.**She told me that she then couldn't guarantee same quality of speed and service and that I would then have to pay a portion of the free phones retail. Again telling me I would be greatly benefiting from the $** unlimited and that I'd only have to pay $** out the door for a month of service, installation, and the free phone of my choice. **I reiterated to her how very concerned I was about yet again being ripped off and decieved as I had been on multiple occasions w Boost which is what lead me to metro. Again now for literally the **th time in ** min she promised, assured, guaranteed that I would never experience that with metro and what she says is what she means $** out the door or she would pay the difference .**So I then asked her for some info comparing a few phones so that I once again didn't make the wrong choice only to be terribly dissapointed mislead and stuck with a phone I didn't like or would experience issues after issues with. And she said she couldn't tell me anything more about the phone aside from what was on the stickers because she only deals with Samsung and couldn't be of any assistance in that way helping me make that decision. *I came across * other phones that were not free but we're $** or $** when switching that offered *g and seemed to be far more superior... And asked if I could do some sort of payment installment and she said no. And that those phones were really no better other then being *g.... (WHICH IS BETTER?!?!) and told me that I needed to hurry up and make a choice bc the system would be going down and she couldn't be in the store after *pm. no matter what.*I decided to get the Motorola g stylus ... *When going thru the process of in putting info on computer she what my boost account number was and I told her I couldn't find in app and would have to call or start a chat. **When I went to log into my account thru the boost website it wouldn't allow me to saying error info not recognizd...which was odd considering I was logged into all with same login info. **I was able to get logged in thru a email link sent to me in last and started a chat session asking for account number .**The boost rep sends me a message saying I need to pay off my installment fee before I Port my number and I responded with what? Huh? I'm not porting any number any where and I have every intention of paying of the installments on the phone that was stolen a few months back that forced me them to go buy a replacement out of pocket paid in full.*(Another reason I didn't want my number ported bc if my account were to be closed I'd be screwed despite trying and making every effort to to the right thing .*I asked the
