I have been a Metro PCS phone user for * * years now. I have recently been having troubles with my ZTE Blade phone and tried to call Metro but I cannot reach any customer service. It just takes me to a menu and screen that shows our plan, payment into etc.**My main issue right now is in my texts. I usually get a red pop up with the number of new texts for me to look at. Once I read them, this red (number) goes away.**However, I now went from * or * messages, to it saying I had * or **. But I go to view them, and there are * new messages. Then just since yesterday, the red alert now says I have ** unread ones. I was trying to reach someone to find out why it is doing this and how to make it go back to normal.
