Hello, for * months I have not been able to pay my phone bill or contact you using my phone. I dial the *** number and ** number to no avail. I have had to use other people to pay my phone bill. Tomorrow my phone bill is due. **Most importantly, I am not in the United States and cannot visit a store. I also desire to change my plan. **Should my phone be terminated this will be a very, very bad thing since it is my lifeline while being abroad. I have go through the steps as request by the prompts.
