My brother-in-law has brain cancer it took him to go buy a new phone he thought he could still maneuver a smartphone will he couldn't so we took it back customer service was very upset with this by having to bring it back cuz they were losing set a sale and money. So I got a flip phone and he's having trouble with that as well and I'm a little afraid to go back into that store and return it when I return the first phone smartphone they gave me such bad attitude. Never did they give me all the money back the only gave me like $** out of over *** spent I explained to them but the phone was cleaned he hadn't been used but once he tried it one time and couldn't figure it out I want to get his money back now I want to bring the flip phone back as well it's not working properly at all. Can you tell me if you have another corporate store besides the one on Peck Road and Ramona in El Monte California also can you tell me why I didn't get all his money back please. He's really having a tough time not having a phone and I can't bear to see him worry about this he's in a stage * and as everybody knows that's the bad one. Please let me make this right to him and get all his money back that's due to him. Thank you Carol Banks
