I went in to pay my bill a month a head and buy a new phone. ... My phone was shut off and the number given away. I went in to pay my bill and get a new phone the sales clerk told me I would save $*** if I just started a new account so I did I was also assured that the phone number previously using would be left on until the next due date * days later got my previous phone it was shut off and then phone number given to somebody else and I still had two weeks left that I needed to use it to get everybody over to my new number. Now the clerks are lying saying that they said they were going to shut them off which is ridiculous and what I would like done is comp the next two months of my phone bill, because now I have the headache of calling everybody one of the time and give them my new phone number. And to me that's a major inconvenience !* Thank you,* Michael Hansen
The sales person lied to me about my service and is now lying about me "porting my number out and several other things.
I don't think they can make it right.
I have been a customer for a few years and had no problems until I encountered these young ladies.
I went back to the store to try and resolve the problem but the sales clerk refused to help and lied about her actions.
