My sim card got stold here in mexico well I was in an accident somebody stole my chip SIM card from my phone I was told down here that I could go ahead and put another chip on my phone that they sell here which is telcel in Mexico but they were wrong cuz my phone is on lock that's what they say so my husband been back and forth trying to get that phone to work to get in contact with my kids I'm at the hospital real sick I've been in here for the past week or so and he's the one that been up and down trying to get that phone that's the phone that we bought just to come to Mexico on vacation and I was told that I needed to call somebody and Metro and have them see if they could do the favorite just to open it temporarily that's what they told me so that's why but I'm doing I need to get in contact with my kids
