I would like to be reimbursed for the time my phone was stolen and used for unauthorized add-ons now that my bill is $** there's no way I'll be able to pay it I spoken with customer service representative after representative but refused to put me on with the supervisor please reimburse me for the last bill cycle of my bill

I was just trying to take off the unauthorized add-ons on my account and switch my phone because my original one was stolen so how am I supposed to receive a one-time pin God bless ... My phone was stolen and unauthorized. Charges were added on my account. All I want to do is get my new phone connected. Or at least get anl * time extension....I dont. Understand why I have to receive a one time pin on the device that was stolen. Plesse help me. Ive been a paying customer for * years my phone was stolen and several unauthorized add ons were. Put on my account. I just want to go back to the thirty $ plan .please......my issue is there was an unauthorized add-on my Metro account and I like to be reimbursed for the days I paid for this service I didn't sign up for
What they don't realize is that when a paying customer loses brakes and or gets their phone stolen how are they possibly supposed to receive a one-time pin on the previous phone that's been lost stolen and or broken in order to switch their service * I working MetroPCS Network cellular device
I just want ** days of my service reactivated due to the theft of my original phone and the ropes and stipulations with the security one-time passcode that I cannot receive on a phone that was stolen
I have been a paying customer through MetroPCS for * year and roughly four months it has been like pulling teeth the whole time from there customer service to the retail. Dealers and stores clerks.are down right unwilling and refuse to comply with a paying customers wants and or concerns and needs
But if this doesn't work boost has a really good deal going right now and this is the first time I've ever considered leaving Metro
