Help with my Metro PCS issue

I bought the new iPhone and was told that it would be unlocked as Metro doesn’t offer financing. So, I spent nearly $**** getting the phone, activation, first month of service and a case with screen protector. I live in a large city but get very little signal while at home. No I do not have wifi! I had Metro several years ago and it was awful. I thought that since they are now a part of T-Mobile that it would be better. Wrong! My phone was disconnected not once but twice during the * days that I had it. The first time it was over $*.** and the second time it was $*.** I kid you not! Since I get pretty much no service at home, I decided to just take the phone to another carrier. The IEMI number shows me that it is not blocked several places online. This is just the beginning! I have called customer service several times and have spoken with more than one supervisor. I am not calling customer service again as they are pretty much useless at this point. I can’t reach anyone at what is suppose the corporate office in Richardson, Texas. I am about to go on social media to let everyone know how bad Metro is. I would really appreciate a call back today at ***-***-****
