Since the month of ********,I bought a Coolpad Legacy at**** South St. Nacogduches,Tx.On ********* I went back to them to complaint that the unit the unit was defective that it's not work perfectly, the store attendance work with it but can do nothing she (Ashley), the Supervisor told me to go there in three days to replace the unit for desperfect so I have been there many times but no solution.I asked her if she reported to METROPCS or the manager there she answer yes,but that them don't have unit to replace it.His name is Shawn, he is always in another store in Houston.I put s a complaint with BBB complaint * ******** on********* in that complaint also in this one am asking to replace the mentioned unit for a Samsung and don't charge $**.** for transferring the Cell * also I want my cell *.My name is William Robles email *****@***.com cell * **********.Please have some one to solve these problem.Thank so much.
