I just bought me phone it's been two months now I had a problem and when went into store they fixed problem and said that I did not have any insirance I said I asked for it like always do with the last five phones I bought they said they would see if they could help me but never got back to me. I have been customer for ten years hav had multiple lines. So there emoyee didn't put insurance on my phone they said aorry. This is not right they make a mistake and now I have to pay for it if so when this phone breaks or givea me any problems then I will switch service and make sure everyone I know sees how you treat a customer that has stuck with you for years. Nothing wrong with my phone but I'm in Co ayructio a dn anything can happen that is why I have gotten insurance on every phone I have bought for while now can see on my record please help if can also I don't have Amazon prime I though everyone now is suppose.to have this since we started being PAC by TMobile. **SINCERELY*LARRY GENE STICKNEY*CUSTOMER FOR TEN YEARS
