The issue in GetHuman-schaddal's own words
I ordered a replacement phone at my local Metro PCS store, paid the $*** deductible in-store, then --despite my phone being in stock at that store-- I was told Metro PCS would MAIL me a replacement for no discernible reason. I was also told no signature would be required, which was completely wrong. I now have to either let the phone be sent back to where it came --leaving me with a broken phone and down $***-- or make a trip that will take me across * counties, approximately ** miles roundtrip via public transit, Lyft, and my own car this afternoon to try to retrieve it from the nearest UPS store. **I want this to be resolved by getting Metro PCS to admit that mailing me a phone I could have been handed in the store same-day was idiotic and to get them to make it so I can return to that store at my earliest convenience to get said phone from said store.

GetHuman-schaddal did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
