my phone is lost I am a MetroPCS customer I just paid $** on the *st of August my name is Randy or Randall Howell phone number is ***-***-**** my * digit PIN is ****-**** and my issue is I have lost my phone but I have a backup phone that has metro service as well and is active, I just have not made the payment so I'm just trying to switch my current service from this number over to my other number which is ***-***-**** and the * digit PIN is also **** **** under Kimberly cook , the PROBLEM IM RUNNING INTO, IS I had set up a *-step verification on my account so it's wanting a SMS text to be sent to that device to verify it and I do not have the phone and cannot retrieve the phone so I need to find a way around this immediately as soon as possible please please let me know as soon as possible how I can get this resolved without coming into a store or any location without paying any fees . I paid for service I just need to switch it to my other phone and number to utilize it if this CANT be done, I'm going to cancel demand a refund, and switch back to Boost as they have never given me any problems, they value customers, as I hope you do as well ..Thank.
